On 6/13/25 I went at about 9:45 pm waiting for my food I ordered on the app. I saw people behind and to the right of the counter no one acknowledged me which was fine. But then I SAW and HEARD 3 girls making fun of my name and more so how it was spelled, butchering it. I then interjected and said the correct pronunciation , and when I said that to one of the girls they were visibly embarrassed and went and hid, and someone else had to come and hand me my food. I was completely shocked at their behavior (teens or not). I then proceeded to call the store and asked to speak to a manger. I don’t recall who I spoke with but when I told them (had a feminine voice so I am inclined to say they were female) about what I SAW and HEARD I was completely gaslighted with them saying “I don’t think they were making fun of you…. I’ll have to ask them to get the whole story” and the best remark was “I’m sorry you feel that way”. No resolution no actual apology or anything. They then kept saying “I don’t think they were doing that, maybe they were laughing at something else”. Like excuse me I heard and saw them? I then asked them how they would interpret what I saw and heard and it was completely silent on the phone for maybe 10 seconds. I’m completely puzzled on how the manager became a manager not knowing how to accept responsibility, or even apologize correctly. This whole situation is bizarre, unpleasant, disrespectful, and disheartening and I’ve never had the feeling of wanting to go get my money back from somewhere based on the service. I don’t know if the manager was one of the 3 people who were making fun of my name or not but I’d love to speak with someone who will actually CARE and not...

The app wasn’t working, so I went inside. I stood at the front counter for several minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. When someone finally did, there was no greeting, no apology for the delay — just a blunt confirmation of my order and a quick “have a seat.”
While I waited, I watched multiple customers come in and stand at the front, also ignored. Staff were clearly avoiding the counter. Two people ended up walking out because no one would help them.
When my order finally came, it was missing an item. I stood at the counter again — no one showed up. I had to call the store from inside just to get someone to answer. I explained I was missing something, and the person on the phone simply said “okay” and hung up.
Eventually, a young woman (long hair, glasses) came up, asked what I needed, and when I pointed out the missing item, she just grabbed it and handed it over — still no apology or even basic acknowledgment of the poor service.
Here’s the bottom line: I understand that working a fast food job might not be your dream. But if you're getting paid to be there, you need to show up and do the job — professionally and respectfully. Ignoring customers, delivering incomplete orders, and acting like it’s an inconvenience to do the bare minimum is...
Read moreA month ago my husband and I came to this location and were asked to pull around wait. We waited 20 minutes and then my husband went inside to ask how much longer, to which they replied they had FORGOTTEN our order. We didn’t come back for about a month, and then today around 5:30pm we decide to make a quick stop. When it was our turn to get our food the lady asked us to pull around, we explained why we didn’t want to do that and the lady became very hostile and told us our food was all dropped and that we had to pull forward. I calmly told her we would be waiting for them to remake it to which she said she was getting a manager... less than 30 seconds later another women shoved a bag of food in my face without saying a word and shuts the window... baffled I waited for her to come back to the window, and asked if they had time to remake the food since it was only a couple seconds after the other lady told us our food was just dropped... in a condescending voice she told me she didn’t know... obviously concerned I told her it was important and she waved her hand in my face while saying sorry and shut the window... my husband and I went home and honestly only ate our fries because we were concerned with the cold sloppy burgers thrown...
