I can’t even begin to explain how frustrating it is for those of us who grew up eating Burgerville as kids and to see how downhill they have gone. I have ordered their fresh fruit milkshakes now multiple times and I have gotten mint chocolate in them. They are not cleaning the milkshake thing and just making the next shake. For the price you pay you might as well go to a sit down restaurant. Not to mention you have to pay for your sauces if you want anything other than ketchup. Now they ask for tips every time you go through the drive through. It’s really annoying because people feel obligated. You get tipped for doing a service or waiting on people not making their food in the drive through. Not to mention they are always out of everything. How do you run out of whipped cream for the milkshakes? Not sure but it’s been out for over a couple weeks. Go to Walmart 4 minutes away and get a substitute. Better yet have you ever heard of getting heavy cream and whipping it? It makes whipped cream. It takes 4 minutes. Everyone save your money and go drive down to stacked on the waterfront. Get a delicious burger and shake and walk along the River. For the price you spend you might as well get good service, great food, and...
Read morePlease please please change your Gluten-free buns. The bun crumbles to pieces soo bad, you just cannot eat it. It slid off my lap onto the seat and literally crumbled totally apart and made a huge crumby mess, Its dryer than dry, Something isn't right. Its almost the only place I can eat at. Thank you soo much for caring to provide for us on every level. I've been eating GF for so long, it's not this bad. If you have to freeze please take the time to check out Dennys English muffins. It's not dry and it holds to a sandwich strong and tastes waaay better. A franchise switch is possible. Anything is very possible if you only knew what's better. If you want better, then get it. Because your customers with wheat allergies need better also just like the one who are not allergic to flour. We hate being allergic to flour. It's an inconvenience more to us than those who don't understand. Please go out of your way and taste test this out yourself, toast it and eat it, they use Glutino, you will find it in the freezer, yup, at Walmart, if they didn't freezer burn it from overstock. You have more power to confront the district than us customers with switching to better ingredients and trying something...
Read more45 minutes in a drive in line with only 5 vehicles ahead of me is unacceptable. The car in front of me sat at the window for 10 minutes, only to be handed 3 Normal sized bags. Nothing in that order or any of the others I observed should have required that long. The restaurant seemed to have a normal staff level, and the inside area was not particularly busy, with a parking lot 1/4 full. Also they were out of blueberry shakes, in the middle of blueberry season in the heart of blueberry country. Bottom line, if you are going to trap people in a drive through for literally the better part of an hour, you share as hell should at least apologize for the wait time, and you should be offering people in that situation some sort of compensatory discount for wasting their time. Please address whatever is wrong at this location. It won't matter to me, because I won't be back there. The food itself was good quality, and none of the staff were rude or anything, but I'm not prepared to wait that long for a burger when there are other...
