Subway — Restaurant in Battle Ground

I just had the best experience at this store EVER. Alex who was working when I came in at around 6:30 pm today (Sun, July 22, 2018) was the MOST attentive sandwich maker I've ever met in any Subway. Why is this such a big deal? Because I have a Dairy Allergy.

As soon as I said that, he immediately did everything in he could to make sure I could have a delish wrap while still remaining safe from my allergy. He immediately washed his hands, wiped the countertops that he used to make my wrap (behind and away from the usual station where all the cheese spreads around), covered all the handles even if I ended up not needing them, he used untampered meat and veggies and even sauces from the back and under the counters...

I almost shed a couple tears because it means so much to me and other people with allergies when people go far and beyond like this...

I hope you guys recognize Alex for this because I have never ever ever seen any Subway worker do this for me or anyone else. Thank...

Subway you have officially become the worst sandwich place on planet earth. With Quiznos Panera bread and all these other places the thing that set Subway apart from all those places that make a way better sandwich is the fact that you could put whatever veggies you want it on your sandwich how much ever you want it extra you can say hey can you put a little bit more. Today I went in and find out that this is no longer the practice the owners of this Subway have set out to turn their customers away I will not ever go to any Subway ever again and this is why your franchises are terrible. Watch a video called give them the pickle it's not that much more money for you to give onions or salad the cheapest products in your facility and your nickel and dime and your customers over I think it's pathetic I think it's desperate and I hope you guys close and a Panera bread opens up since you guys are at their same...

I just ordered from this location via the app. 12.15.2024. None of my sauces or veggies were on the two footlongs I ordered. I wrote a nice note and tipped them. I walked in 4 min before my order was ready. My hot sub was sitting there freezing cold. Which is so biggy because I can warm up at home. The place was empty when I walked in.. I stood for a minute to thank them but no one came out. I appreciate them getting it done quickly & I had this odd feeling to check my order before I left.
