Tribe Coffee Co. — Restaurant in Battle Ground

Unfortunately, I wanted to love this place and did when they made my drinks right. However usually they were made wrong. And I brought this to their attention, I am now not welcome at their establishment because of their issues with making correct orders. Probably the worst customer service. I was refunded thankfully, but then told I was not welcome via email. LOL! Very surprising and sad considering. So be careful about telling them if your drinks are wrong... You could be refused any business.

ETA: I have emails from this, never said there was dirt in my drinks, nor was I ever concerned about dirt. Unsafe when drink has a common allergen added, that was not ordered... And yes other times drinks were wrong. Also never said they were stressing me out or effecting my health, wild. 2 refunds out of 50+ orders is far from a huge problem. No reply was given when I asked if I was banned, but prior communication suggested so. The fact a business has to make things up to make them seem more righteous, knowing they may be in the wrong... I’m new to Battle Ground and this was my first visit here. I’ve been wanting to stop in since I saw the place and finally had a chance to do so.

First I have never seen such dirty tables! It was really awful to see how dirty they were. I had sanitizing wipes with me so washed it off. The people next to me said their table was filthy too and decided to take their coffee and leave.

I want to start out by saying the customer service was great and I had no issues with that so appreciate the kind service . My family and I ordered 3 drinks here and sadly two of them turned out pretty bad. My little one got a hot chocolate that was to be honest the worst hot chocolate I’ve ever got at a coffee shop and my boyfriend added a flavor to his coffee and not only did it not taste like the flavor ordered but it made the drink pretty hard to get through.
