Rosie's All-American Café — Restaurant in Bay Lake

Poor experience, took over 30 mins to make two kids cheeseburgers, there was zero line. Could have left the park, gone to McDonald's outside of Disney and returned and had better food. Their food was cold and burger was hard as a rock, the cheese wasn't melted, but looked translucent. The fries were also cold, hard and overcooked and then they forgot some of the order. Went back and they looked put out having to fix it, while they were just standing around doing nothing, they lacked understanding that we don't want cold, hard hamburgers and overcooked fries. They don't understand the purpose of when to use the heat lamps and when to put the food on the counter for pickup. The counter has a fan blowing hard on the food, making it cold in a minute. Plus the lemonade and Powerade was so watered down and melted, it tasted like water. Do not recommend. Their "allergy friendly" cookies were pre made elsewhere and a tiny pouch of 4 mini cookies that looked like they would last years for over $4. Got a refund on entire order. Also, seating was a challenge as there is limited seating on that side of the park and multiple quick service restaurants crammed together. Who wants to eat a meal on the ground...

Rosie's is a quick service food & beverage spot on Sunset Blvd. I HIGHLY recommend ordering ahead on the mobile app and picking up. Yes, they do make exceptions and assist those who need to order in-person, but most of the time- that won't apply to you. Just use the app.

I grabbed a kids chicken nugget order and this really cute witches hat treat, and it came out to 12/13$ for me. It is plenty of food. I always enjoy the kids meals because they give you more food than what you need and the cost is relatively cheap.

That being said, I ordered chicken nuggets, French fries, a cutie and a coke for my meal. Nothing too glamorous or fancy. Most of the food in Hollywood Studios is American food, but definitely not...

Over 45 minute wait..even though we ordered mobile....the people that stood in line and ordered got their food faster....even had people who walked up next to us start a mobile order and got their food before us....went up to the window after quite some time...and all she said was you have to wait till it says ready for pickup.....Finally their was another young lady who was standing toward the line entrance ....who asked us what we ordered...she saw how long we waited...and pushed the order through.......so our food had been sitting their under the heat lamp for awhile and it was bad....the bun was hard because it was toasted from sitting under...
