Under the circumstances these employees work under dealing with excessively large crowds and picky demanding impatient guests, I would say they do a great job managing this Starbucks. Note that this is a popular coffee brand and just the mere fact that there is one in every park and Disney Springs, should be blessing enough for those who can't live without it like myself. Instead of complaining and acting like no one has ever made a mistake at their jobs or in life itself, how about we appreciate what these hard working employees have to go through to get you your oh so special cup of overpriced coffee. I'm pretty sure none of these complaining people would hack this job for 5 minutes and you'd have guests upset with you and would not be able to deal with it with a signature Disney smile and attitude. I would think that Disney has a high standard for customer service, but I’m not so sure about this location. Came with family to get coffee. We knew what we wanted. The cashier had an attitude from the get go. It almost felt like she was making assumptions that I was going to take too long to place an order - which wasn’t the case. No one was standing behind me in line either, so don’t know what the issue really was.
