Reflections of China is the 1980's version of Epcot's Soarin' ride. Yes, this is a dated attraction, but I came to it recently with my husband who had never been.
You enter a Chinese temple and wait in a room until the next showing begins, luckily there are benches in there. We also witnessed one of the Disney characters (Mulan?) available for photos in this lobby.
You enter a large theater next. This is an attraction where you stand, so I want to point that out for anybody who might have mobility issue. This is simply a film, so there is no thrill factor involved with this experience.
There is a screen that wraps around the whole room. This film was cool in the 1980's, but in the age of Flight of Passage, this is quite dated. You are immersed in this film to an extent, so to me it's definitely a pre-historic version of Soarin!
This is just a meh attraction for me. It is interesting to learn a bit about the Chinese culture and see the geography of that country though. I'll likely never visit that country, so it's always fun to learn about a new place.
It seems like the film has not been updated in probably 25 years.
I'd highly recommend coming in here if you are visiting Florida in the summer and need a break from...

Read moreReflections of China is a great place to stop and take a breather. When you enter the building, and are waiting to enter the theater, there are all these benches, but once you go into the theater there are only these railings and no seats. I sat on the floor to give myself a break, and didn't mind at all. Like most theaters, you can't eat or drink while you're inside, but our toddler woke up from her nap right as the movie was starting and I was able to feed her snacks and give her some water while she sat in her stroller. The movie was pretty outdated, but still very amusing for a toddler, it was a...
