We ordered 2 cheese steaks and a antipasto to go via Uber Eats and we received a skimpy steak sub with very little meat and no melted cheese with unwanted tomatoes & mayonnaise. A cheese steak is steak & cheese only with sometimes peppers onions & mushrooms. This was the worst version of a cheese steak I ever had. The antipasti had none of the ingredients of a antipasto. It was a mixed salad with nobly 2 small wedges of tomato and no onion, pepperoncini, olives, anchovies no pickled meats except ham one artichoke heart and no cheeses at all. It was accompanied by a very small cup of bottled Italian dressing not oil & vinegar. This place needs to hire a chef/cook that knows what ingredients go into and are left out of a simple cheese steak or an antipasto. Why would anyone put mayonnaise & tomatoes on a cheese steak and not include any melted chesse? The sandwich had so very little meat and the bread was not fresh. I hope this place reads their reviews. If I was the family member who ordered this take out I would have definitely complained to Uber Eats about the quality...

I called to place an order for pickup. There was heavy traffic and before I knew it I had arrived an hour later to pick my food up. When I get there they didn’t have my order and pretended they were looking for it. They then grab someone who walks in after me and they get there food made quick. I waited an extra 30 mins for my food to now be made. She asked me 5 times what kind of salad I wanted so she could upcharge me. I kept nicely repeating my order. When I got home I had a plain salad no dressing nothing. It was a simple Cesar salad. Who gets that wrong. The service is horrible and their foods not that great anyway. Try another spot. After a long day at work and not having the energy as a mom for one day to cook. Our food is something we look forward too. I would of let it go that they forget my order. This is by far the WORST food I have ever had. I know I’m not crazy because even my two children took one bite and literally cried because I begged them to try it again. My kids are 9 and 11. THEY CRIED it was THAT bad! We ordered a pepperoni slice, tenders with fries, and the pizza fries. The tenders are so thin like literally aooo thin and tasted like cardboard, the fries the fries weren’t soggy but they tasted soooooo weird, the damn pepperoni slice omg it was just not it. Seriously going there is wasting your time. When I asked the lady there for ketchup she handed me a big dirty bottle that obviously many have used before us and it looked and tasted expired.
