Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Baytown

I love Church's Chicken, but this particular location has got to be the worst store in their franchise. The manager is ALWAYS rude! I've had to check her on her attitude on several occasions. The first time was when the drive thru speaker was crackly and her finger kept coming off of the headset button, so, you could only hear partially of what she was saying. Then, at the window, I heard her say, very loudly with people inside, "What is wrong with these people? Are they stupid?! None of these idiots know how to speak English!" So, I yelled back at her through the window, "No, WE'RE not idiots, you are! If you would keep your finger on the button and stop cutting in and out we could hear you! And stop bein so effin rude all the time!" She then, of course, changed her attitude, for only that moment, because next visit, she was back to bein rude! I get the same thing everytime, and everytime she tells me the bombers "don't come in 3 and 6, they come is small, medium, and large." Then the next time I ordered a medium, "They come in 3 and 6!" Every. Single. Time. She acts like her customers are the stupid ones, when in reality, SHE is the idiot! She needs to be fired! She's been there for YEARS, and they still keep her there! Also, this location takes forever to get food out. Average wait time inside or drive thru, is at least 20 minutes EVERYTIME! I would love to see this Church's get a whole new crew and some training, because it's very close to my house, and I LOVE Church's, but it's not worth the waste of time and hassle it takes to get some chicken...

This is literally the WORST Church's ever. For starters, the line took forever. There was only 2 cars in front of me, and it took over half an hour to place my order. Once I was ready to order, they said that they didn't have any more spicy chicken ready. I was ok with that because they were busy, that's understandable. Or at least it was, until i realized that i had to wait another 45 minutes before I even got to the window. That seems like plenty of time to make more, but whatever. When I finally got home, I was welcomed to a box that was literally dripping with oil. The box was soaked and a good 3-4 tablespoons of oil dripped out when we picked it up. The sorry excuse for sides were a huge disappointment as well. Everything was only about 2/3 of the way filled. At least they counted the 6 biscuits right. After all of this, the most upsetting thing was that most of the chicken was still RAW. I got legs and thighs. The legs were fine, but every thigh that we tried to eat was still raw inside. When it was all said and done, I got 2/3 of my sides, and 1/2 of my chicken, yet they got 100% of the money they charged me. Like I said, this is the WORST PLACE EVER!!!! They should have never opened back up. I would rather drive 15 miles out to the next Church's then to ever...

Came here tuesday night through the drive-thru and order a family meal came out to $39.00 and some change. Got 3 sides and added a side of biscuits. Also meal saud it came with 2 half gallond of tea or fruit punch. Didnt get either drink because they said they were out. Then pulled to front to check my order and was missing my side of cajun rice and was not given and dipping sauce for my tenders. No big deal l went to walk in and doors were locked. They had there kids inside running around. One young lady came to door and tild me go back around in drive-thru line was extremely long . l said you guys messed up on my order she told another girl who waved me off and flipped me off. I also was chargerd a extra charge of 9.99 ive been calling nobody answers called corporate number were they said someone would reach out to me but never did not sure anymore whats going on in this world people are just rude wont be going back and bless those...
