ZERO STARS ! I came here Thursday after work I ride the bus ! I came here for a hot chocolate and a some fries it comes with bacon but I don’t eat pork so sub turkey sausage, I left the store without even looking becsuse the lady was so nice which I gave her a tip that I wish I could take it back ! I get home and this is what I see WOULD YOU EAT THIS ! #1 it’s not all the way full #2 the cheese is burned it’s not even a cheese sauce it just flat out look disgusting! I call the store I speak with a manager I’m guessing Andrew ! I explained to him my issue and told him like I ride the bus I’m not comin all the way up there for nothin! He told me the small fries don’t come filled up which is dumb because who the hell paying $8 for a half a small fry ! He said he would give me a refund which didn’t come till today because of course 3 days for a card ! Which I was credited back for the hot chocolate not for the fries ! I called today and spoke with another manger John ! Which he said he can’t give me a refund for something that happed 3 days ago ARE YOU SERIOS! It TAKES 3 days how the hell was I supposed to know he was gone refund the wrong thing THATS YOUR MANGER'S FAULT ! Then said he can give me store credit that’s the point I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN I DONT WANT NO CREDIT ! I want my money honestly it’s on my phone and I clearly can show that the wrong thing was credited because it shows on my card, does he care no...

We stopped here on Friday evening February 24th at 8:15 p.m. only because our Mayfield village location that we usually frequent is closed for remodeling. I now know why I haven't been to this location in 30 years. With a seating capacity of maybe 25 people we were able to grab a seat right away. The young lady who got our drinks informed us she was only doing so and our regular waitress would be over to take our order. The waitress who got our drinks then informed us she would be the waitress. My wife was going to order the fish sandwich and I was going to order the fish fry, & she informed us that they aren't serving it after 8:00, Really??? It would have been nice if they made mention of that somewhere on the menu or even when she took our drink orders. So I ended up ordering a burger, while my wife ordered a blueberry pancake with a side of bacon and a order of notso fries. After about 15 minutes She brought out the bacon and my burger and then five or so minutes afterwards she finally brought out my wife's pancake and the fries. The pancake was terrible as the blueberries might have been a little bit Rancid, but the problem is we never saw the waitress again until we were finished eating even after my wife pushed the plate out to the edge of the table through the rest of our meal. Overall, after our drinks were delivered, THE SERVICE SUCKED!!! Maybe it was the time of day but I wouldn't suggest this...

At Yours Truly Beachwood today. You know it's small and the seating is terrible at times.  Today I had the distinct displeasure of sitting at the last table by both the kitchen and the bathroom.  I sat there with  dishes loudly clanging behind me. Until I decided to move to the other side of the booth.  As I sat I observed an employee  going from loading dirty dishes into the dish washer to making waffles and salads to changing the trash without once changing his gloves. This FREAKED me all the way out! I wouldn't have been aware of this if I weren't seated where I was.  I brought this to my servers. 1. Because I ordered a salad and wanted him no where near it.  2. Because it's not only a COVID issue but a food safety issue.  The server did she told the Manager and he had someone else making my salad. However to my surprise nothing changed for the next 20 minutes.  The employee walked passed running his fingers along the back of the booths on his way back from delivering food.  He made 2 more salads and loaded 2 sets of dirty dishes. By the time I left they must have addressed the issue because when the employee came back from break with his Montain dew and same gloves he had been wearing prior, he disappeared from the prep area.
