Many things need to go wrong in order for some one to leave a bad review IMO....well that 1 star aligned for an overall 1 star review today while at Chipotle on RSP, Beaufort SC.
Customer service: While standing in line to make an order a Chipotle employee (PURPLE JACKET, no other identifiers) decided that she was going to cut the line in order to get her food without stating anything or even waiting for the elderly woman & other paying customers (which we will come back to) in front of us to complete their orders.
While that same elderly woman was building her order, PURPLE JACKET employee decided that she was going to be verbally disrespectful, now behind the counter. While verbally badgering another coworker and the elderly woman (customer) and continuing what many could perceive /label as being downright disrespectful and aggressive, the Purple Jacket employee decided that she was going to continue her verbal vomit and express her PERSONAL distain towards an active duty Navy Sailor in uniform (behind the elderly woman) stating "I dont care if she is in the military...". It was at this point I decided to drowned out her verbal onslaught of disrespect towards customers and go about the remaining time of my lunch hour, leaving the establishment without ordering.
Needless to say, a refresher of customer service/professionalism should be a mandatory corporate training for both new and senior employees that should be revisited annually, or semi annually at this specific location.
Food: Although not ordered, Chipotle cuisine to me will still be one of the better places to grab a quick bite while enjoying a quality burrito bowl.

Read moreFool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. I'm a semi-regular customer at our local Chipotle. About two weeks ago I placed an order through the app like always. It took over an hour before my order was even ready. I get there and it would have taken another hour just to get through the line. I didn't even bother picking up my order. I went to McDonald's across the street. Tonight I place my order at about 5:30pm and the app said ready at 5:50. Well, I didn't get my notification until after 6. Got there and waited in line for another 15 minutes before I got my order at about 6:25. When I finally made it to the windrow, several employees were just standing there talking and not even looking at my car. At one point, a woman walked over, didn't ask about my order, said excuse me and closed the window. Another minute or two later some one opened up the windrow and asked for my name. My order was sitting right there. This Chipotle used to have decent service but after my last two experiences, I will most likely start going back to Moe's or the drive thru at taco bell since that is at least closer to my home. Hopefully, this inadequate service doesn't last and ownership and management starts taking their customers...

She did so clearly horrible that food was spilling out the sides of every one she wrapped. Then the guy at the counter forgot to give me my change?!! How do you even manage that!!! the fountain drink area was unbelievably dirty and smelled horrible, the lemonade containers have clearly not been cleaned in AWHILE. It was disgusting. To top it all off the bathroom was out of soap with the refillable cartridge next to the empty dispenser!!!!! I tried putting it on myself, but couldn’t figure out how to take out the old one so I just used water to clean my hands. I just wanna know…..How in the world were employees washing their hands after using the restroom?? I tried posting the video of said hand soap conundrum because I could hardly believe it myself but for some reason it’s only showing the picture. Listen.
