Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Beaufort

We were staying at the Quality Inn, just minutes away, and decided to stop in for dinner. Not crowded but online orders was busy. My first visit, my Marine said it's good food. I ordered with his help and the girl on the line. Wasn't sure if I made a good selection, but once I started, it was a great surprise. My steak combination was delicious. Chips and salsa came with it. Wow! If I wasn't getting ready to leave town, I would have returned for more. While sitting I noticed the workers were engaged with conversations among themselves. 1 stood mainly on the line, 2 did online orders, 1 was talking to all of them, while he cleaned tables, swept, and checked the garbage. I noticed as he wiped the tables, chairs, and the area where the trays are set on top of the garbage, he used the same towel. He spot checked all those areas. He wiped areas that had food, crumbs, liquid, etc. I was not impressed, felt it was sloppy and gross, thankfully I ate my food off the tray. He could've done better if he added a little more effort. I went to Moe's a few moments ago when we walked in we didn't get greeted with the Welcome to Moe's nor a hello. It was 8 employees there and not one of them acknowledged us. They looked us in the eye several times and kept talking. We finally ordered even though I was ready to walk out before then, the young lady (girl) tossed my husband food in a to go box like she was having a bad day. Then I ordered 3 soft tacos that she didn't even heat up the tortilla it was doughy when I bite into it. I had to tell my husband don't say anything. The manager looked like a teenager herself. We usually get more chips then we can eat they gave us a small handful. Needlessly to say I left with 2 1/2 tacos because at this point I had it. Very disappointed today in our experience at Moe's. We typically have a great experience with both our food & customer service. Today, we had an awful experience. My boyfriend was there around noon & ordered a drink & a bowl. The employee was so rushed she put his bowl in the bag upside down & created a real mess. Needless to say, the bowl had no taste since all of the toppings went everywhere! He was then waiting on his cup to get his drink (the situation was even worse because he wasn't feeling well), when the employee very rudley said to him, "Why are you still standing there?"
