So maybe I ordered my food 10 minutes before I had to leave the house to go to work. That was on me. But then I live within 5 minutes from my job and Starbucks is on the way. I go in to pick up I tell the girl at the counter my name and that I placed an order online. She says the over is broken and they had to heat up my food with the microwave. Okay I'm not deterred. So I stand off to the side waiting for my food. They were also having problem with the stickers printing out for food. There was one barrista. I felt he had an attitude problem, there was a girl asking if she could him anyway that she could. And the other girl that knows my name is standing off to the side by the register with no customers. I stood there a while just waiting for my food or for somebody to ask me if I had placed an order. I had waited about 15 minutes, already late for work still trying to be patient but agitated nobody had asked me if I had placed an order. I finally asked the barrista if my order was ready. He asked what I had. I couldn't remember what it was called but if you had made it earlier you should have remembered. One of the girls said there were only 10 stickers that came out of the machine. So the barrista made my coffee. I had also ordered a Gouda and bacon sandwich. Now when I said that the person working at the drive through asked for name. Turns out they had already made my food and drink before I even came in and I didn't have to wait 20 minutes for my food and be late for work like I was. Now I just want to cancel my reload card and get my $25 because no way im going back for a long time. Nobody communicated anything to anyone, it just irks me so much. I've been in customer service for 10 years and what I saw at this...
Read moreThe girl that worked tonight is always horrible. She never wears a name badge so I can't post her name. She closed the store 25 mins early kicking 9 people out of the store claiming she had to go to the hospital. She was not in distress and appeared to be completely fine. I am in the medical field and offered my services to assist her...but she refused. She let everyone pay the expensive price for the coffee and the right to sit there quietly enjoying it but as soon as we sat down she kicks us out. She always overcharges you at every opportunity and will walk away from you of you don't know what you want right away. She refuses to assist you with your coupons that you received from Starbucks and treats you like you are a piece of trash that is annoying her. Everybody else that works there is pleasant but she is always horrible. Anytime I see her in the store I just want to turn around and walk out because she makes the experience completely unpleasant. I am sure if you frequent this Starbucks you will know exactly who I'm...
Read moreThis location never has any inventory. They never have honey, stir sticks, lemonade, etc. the employees are very rude. After receiving subpar service I called and requested to speak to a manager. A male employee answered the phone told me there wasn’t a manager on duty. When I asked him when a manager would be in he stated that he could not legally share when a manager would be on duty. He stated that it was illegal for him to share employees schedule. I did not ask this employee for a specific persons schedule. I asked him how I could file a complaint and he said I don’t know. Then he proceeded to hang up the phone on me. The lack of training in regards to customer service is a poor representation of this business. If this was my business and I had an employee speak to customers in this manner he would be fired on the spot. Every employee should know where to point a customer if they have a complaint. This employee was disrespectful and hung up the phone as if he was talking to his little friends and...
