Summary: good salsa, bland food and small portions.

The good is that they have a salsa bar with four different solstice. The spicy garlic is really good and is very flavorful. The mild and medium salsa are decent and a tomatillo salsa is very flavorful

Service was very helpful although it’s pretty obvious they were very new at their jobs. I went when it was busy and then I went when it was slow. Both times it took a very long time to actually get your order placed and set up. If there’s a long line, it will take you quite a while to get through it.

The bad: portion size is very small for the meat. I got chicken and it was about 2 ounces of chicken for the entire burrito. And the size of the chicken was incredibly small less than the size of a P. Overall, it needs seasoning both times the check-in was incredibly bland and the burrito itself needs salt and the beans, the rice and the protein

I went one time when the store was just opening and not everything was even ready to serve. I was told that it would take another 20 minutes for everything to be ready to actually do a burrito. This would be at least half an hour after the store actually opened so there is some operational difficulties...

This is my second time visiting this location. The first time it was very pleasant experience. I think the manager waited on me and explained a lot of things. He was very knowledgeable. I appreciate the Christian music playing, and the restaurant was relatively clean today. The way staff was obviously busy they were fine. They were pleasant, but I didn’t notice that they needed to clean up the area where they’re making the food and as I got my food and was leaving the restaurant, there were obvious things on the floor, broken tortilla chips and paper from straws, and couple of spills. I don’t know if they were short staffed today and it was just really busy. It is a Sunday and I know a lot of people after Church stop in to these locations but they should have someone cleaning up busing tables on a regular basis other than that I will go again because their food is good and I had a very pleasant experience. Subpar food, and extremely high prices. I don’t even like Chipotle very much but it is leaps and bounds better than this is. If you order ahead, they will not start your order until after you walk in at the pickup time and ask them for it, which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. The lines are always long, the employees take forever, you’ll have to assume what they want from you because they don’t really ask, and then you’ll have to repeat yourself several times. They consistently leave out parts of orders, whether we’ve ordered in-restaurant or online, and look confused when it’s brought to their attention. The food and absolutely terrible service really isn’t worth the exorbitant prices, you’re better off just sticking with Chipotle if you like this style of...
