We will NEVER be back. The most humiliating experience. Spent $200 in this store. Went to register. Cashier (older black lady) rang up everything then tells us they don't have anymore big bags and we must PAY 99 CENTS for their recycled home goods bag. We have fragile items by the way. I said can we have one since you ran out of big bags? Cashier yells at us the managers will have to give you a bag. "I ain't giving you a bag" I'm sorry but why are you talking to us like that? At that point I asked for a manager. Cashier yells I don't have time for this and starts moving my things to another register. I said do not touch my things until a manager comes. Cashier leaves her entire register with 8 people in line behind us and yells next, directing the people behind us to follow her! So embarrassing 😳 all over 99 CENTS. The cashier then refused to get the managers. A good Samaritan who witnessed all of this was helpful enough to get a manager. Two managers came to register (brunette and blonde) we explained the situation. They showed no concern of the embarrassment their employee took me through and still said they will not give me a bag because it messes up their inventory. They care more about inventory than the feelings of their customers! They never made it right. We were forced to purchase a 99 cent bag so we didn't have to carry our fragile items out the store in our hands. No apology and not a good look what so ever! How are we supposed to carry the...

My wife and I purchased 5 towels from this location. Two of them were identical and the others were different. My wife washed the two identical ones separately from the other towels we purchased to make sure the colors didn’t bleed. The very first wash the two identical towels fell apart. Clumps of red lint everywhere and the edges of the towel frayed. We brought the towels back within 24 hours of purchasing. We were told since they had been washed, they would need a manager’s approval to return, but she wasn’t there so she would call us the next day. We never heard from her so my wife went back in to speak with the manager. The manager said that we assumed responsibility when we purchased them, even though we had no way of knowing they were defective and would fall apart on the first wash. She refused to do anything to make it right. My wife emailed corporate and they were willing to help...

The store is really nice but a fire hazard. The isles are so tiny you can barely turn your shopping baskets, and there are items preventing you from moving forward in the isles to where you have to back your shopping basket up and attempt to make a u-turn with bumping or knocking anything down. If there was an active shoo*er in the store, you will more than likely break a leg and trip over something before you can make it...
