However, the day before delivery, we get a call saying the mattress we purchased was out of stock and it will be at least another week before it gets delivered. No apologies were conveyed. Meanwhile, my 86 year old mother is having to sleep on the couch because she already donated her old bed. We coordinated the donation pick up to be as close as possible to the delivery date and the salesperson knew this. Why can't you check the stock at the time of purchase? I would think that if a bed is out of stock you would see that in your system and notify the customer at the time of purchase. We won't be shopping here again if this is how customers...
Read moreThe manager, Karen, helped me so so so much. She definitely went above and beyond and I’m so thankful for that. She really did not have to do everything that she did for me, but she did. I even went back and got a second mattress and frame for my daughter’s room because she was so kind. I did have some issues with billing, but none of that was the actual fault of Karen, mostly just the finance side of things, and even then, they seemed to help pretty quickly.
