Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Beaufort

Shittiest customer servicr. If I could rate this a 0 star I would! I had the SHITTIEST customer service. I had 3 separate orders. The first was 2 drinks and cheese sticks. The second a sweet tea with raspberry and a shake NO whip cream. IT GOT WHIP CREAM. The 3rd a small shake. That was all. While they answered the speaker it took 5 minutes at the least then "Ashley" got an attitude and I had to push the button again didn't get a total and she once again hung up the speaker, had to push the button again ordered the second time while getting an attitude didn't answer me for atleast 4 minutes then asked for the 3rd order didn't repeat the order back and never gave a total. The third order she hung up before we could ask for no whip cream so once again had to ring the button AGAIN. She came to our car atleast 9 times had to go back to get a cup holder and marinara sauce. While all this is happening an African American sonic worker was walking in front of our car going in the front of the building and out the back just to walk passed and stare at us. Then I never got a credit card recipet so I pushed the button waited exactly 7 minutes and then had to get out of my car and go to the patio speaker a worker walked passed so I asked for my recipet she went in and was completely gone. A few minutes later came back out handed me my recipet threw the Crack of the door and walked away. I will NEVER BE back that was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This place needs to be shut down. ALSO Ashley needs...

One star solely because I actually got my food. Lets say first off service is horrible. Ashley was our car hop and talk about A-T-T-I-T-U-D-E. I mean talk about PMSing or something. Gave me attitude over my own order and I knew good and well what I was ordering. She acted like I was stupid and did not know what I was ordering. I told her I had three separate orders and after my first one because she kept getting my order wrong she turned off her head seat and did not ask for the rest of my orders. So we buzz again gives attitude. Order my second order and she said a Peanut Butter Butterfinger Blast but it was supposed to be a Peanut Butter Cup Blast w no whip creme and she acted like I had no clue what i was speaking about. So after her treating me like I was stupid she acted like her headset disconnected when we all know it didn't because I heard her on other orders. She gets back on the headset and I ordered my final small fresh banana milkshake and she kept say a banana blast shake or banana shake? Let me just say I will never return and if I have the same car hop I will quickly put my car in reverse and take my business to Taco Bell and we all know their service isn't quite...

The girl taking orders was to busy eating ice cream and talking and got our order wrong even after I repeated to her! After paying she said pull up and shut the window. I pulled forward and another brought most of my order. I told her what I was missing and she told me I had to go back through the drive thru and walked off so I asked for a manager. She took my receipt and got my missing food. *see picture * after seeing this mess I went back and the manager says "that's how it's supposed to look we're using a chicken substitute from the one we normally have. I asked wouldn't it be smart to let your customers know that because this is what I normally order and it does not look like this! At this point I'm just over the whole sonic experience just refund me for the chicken sandwich she asked is there anything else I can get you we have grilled chicken and I'm like no don't want no more chicken from yall!
