Okay , for starters the pink iced sugar cookie is my favorite . I stood in a line wrapped around the building the second day of opening for these cookies .I wanted to know what the hype was about . Each cookie is a little over $3 but work it . They are large and rich . I need the recipe to be leaked 😂 To keep things interesting, 4 out of the 6 cookie flavors change weekly . Closed on Sundays but Mondays the new cookie menu is revealed . 🍪My suggestion is to download the app to see what cookies are being served . Also delivery and curbside are available . This shop is a great edition to Beaumont’s sweet treats . And it doesn’t hurt to get the reward points as well 👊🏽. The bakery has a light pink fun atmosphere and the employees are working around the clock like little busy bees . When I she a happy team I know the work environment is a good one and that they are being treated well ! If you’re ever in the area stop by , located in the hobby lobby shopping center close to sweet basil . And guess what , it’s open bright and early , and closes at midnight on the weekends , no excuses , you will get your cookies 🥳

Crumbl Cookies in Beaumont is my go-to spot for sweet treats! The service is top-notch—everyone on staff is always so friendly, welcoming, and upbeat, which makes every visit a pleasure. The cookies are consistently baked to perfection—my favorite is the semi-sweet chocolate chip, with a soft center and just the right amount of crisp on the edges. The flavor variety keeps things exciting, and the size of the cookies is generous, making them a great value. Plus, the store is always impeccably clean, which shows the level of care they put into every detail. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area—it’s a cookie lover’s dream!

First experience was bad! I placed an order online to be delivered at 1:15. It’s 3pm so I call Crumbl cookies and was placed on hold for an hour. Someone answered then hung up. I immediately called back and was able to speak With someone. She couldn’t explain why my order was not delivered. She stated that I could come up to the store and do curbside. I asked her do I stay in my car and someone will bring me my cookies, she stated yes and to call when I arrived at the store so Someone could bring the order. I arrive at the store at 5 pm and call. I was on hold for an hour without speaking to anyone. The owner then called me to tell Me they stopped production due to running out of ingredients. And that I would be refunded for my purchase. After the call Ended I sat in front Of the store a lil longer to see if the line of customers would leave due to Crumbl stopping production. No one left the line and people were still being served. I am disappointed. Maybe I’ll try to order again in a few weeks when the hype dies down. Look at the picture of customers lined up after they supposedly stopped production.

I really wanted to love Crumbl cookies but there are a few reasons why I only gave them 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️. I will start first with the positive. They have large cookies that are with the price. Each cookie feels heavy and a lot of ingredients and toppings are packed into each cookie. My favorite flavors are the Kentucky Butter Cookie and the Biscoff Cookie. Now, with that being said, their business model is to rotate their cookies weekly. Because they offer such an extensive list of cookies, it takes weeks and even months for the flavor of cookies I like to be available. I have tried many different cookies in hopes of finding more flavors to like but I have found that the cookies that have a frosting/icing on top are too sweet and the frosting overpowers the cookie. If you have not tried them, I would suggest you give them a try. Each week there are new cookies to try so I'm pretty sure you are bound to eventually find at least one flavor that will keep you coming back.

The staff and workers were absolutely amazing, the space was very open and it smelled sooooo good inside. The size of the cookies and the ingredients used validates the price, which I believe is reasonable. With that being said, the cookies weren’t that good. Nothing truly special about these cookies but the presentation. They’re dense, doughy, sweetened (not too sweet) cookies. The cookies that were served room temperature (wasn’t really warm), were a little gooey in the middle (I love an undercooked cookie) but my husband hated it. The cookies that were served chilled truly disappointed me, I didn’t asked if they could be warmed but I think if that is an option, it should be advertised. I don’t see myself crazing these cookies, maybe I’ll try a different week. I unfortunately wouldn’t recommend anyone wait in line for this product.

I come here way too much to try the weekly cookies. Haha! My boyfriend and I love this place! Each cookie is $4, but they are ridiculously big and often rich, so they last a while. I do wish that the flavors that I love would come back more often. I think they often take 6-12 months to rotate back around. There are so many different cookies that it is hard to not find one that you like. As for the service, they are usually very quick, and I love how they open the box to let you check your order to make sure that they got it right. I look forward to trying the new flavors every week (or however often I go).
