I placed an order at 3:54 for delivery and got a notification at 4:20 that the driver was out for delivery. At 6:00p my order was still not deliver so I contacted the store. The first employee gave an address that was not on my online app profile from which I placed the order so I then asked to speak with a manager. I was transferred and spoke with one women who said the address I entered was not the address I verified over the phone. I asked then to speak to another manager and was informed that it was MY error online and that I would need proof in store to prove otherwise. The entire reason I ordered online is because I have 2 small children and could not get out at this time to drive to the store…..however my app is still showing my current and accurate address and I offered to send screenshots from my app as well as my ID for proof of address and she abruptly interrupted me and hung up. Then when calling back to speak to the actual manager she assured me that she was the only manager and that there was no other manager there despite the other two employees that assured me that they were infact the manager. I recorded each call and will be reporting it to corporate. It’s not about what “mistake” happened on either end….it’s about the customer service and the way in which you treat people. I was treated and spoke to horribly. This will without a doubt be reported to the Chamber of commerce! Read moreIf I could give them a zero... I would! The absolute worse customer service ever. This is my third time having delivery issues with them. The first time I was told that the driver was behind and was still an estimated 45min out from my delivery. I was rudely told that I could come get it but there was no guarantee that I would be refunded my delivery fee nor the tip I gave the driver. All of that after I waited 10min for someone to even answer the phone. The second time they called me and said "We don't have a driver right now but your food is ready. You can cancel or come get it yourself." But this time was by far the worst! I intentionally selected traditional delivery and the driver, whom I tipped very well, left my food on the ground! I did not get a call, text, notification or anything. Even if there was some confusion about the delivery, I have a chair and a table right next to the door where they could have left my food. I walk outside to ant pizza and the wrong wings! It's been 37 minutes and I am still on hold to speak with someone about this issue! Read moreAll of my experiences have been fine, but our order got messed up, so we called to get it replaced. I wasn’t that upset over that because it was a simple misunderstanding. However, we waited over two hours for our replacement. We called the store asking about it and the lady, Alysa, said that the driver, Jayne, rang the doorbell multiple times and called my phone. I understand the phone thing, but she did not ring my doorbell considering I checked to see if it was working, which it was. Jayne said she just heard loud music and assumed we couldn’t hear the doorbell. First of all, we heard her car pull up over the music and stopped the music and watched the door to see if it was our dominos driver, but no one ever came to the door. Our doorbell is fully functioning, and I can even hear it from inside. I wasn’t sure if it was our Dominos driver, so I never opened the door, but when I was checking from the window, they were in the car.
