Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Beaumont

I went through the drive through and was told it would take six to eight minutes for my single pizza order to be ready (nothing special, a three meat treat pizza). They said they would bring it out to me when it was ready. I pulled around to the front and waited. And waited and waited and waited. After twenty minutes of waiting I went inside to inquire about my order. The manager (I assume) said they would 'bring it out when it was ready' and that it would 'be ready when it's ready'. Beyond those two statements they were more worried that I wasn't wearing a mask while three of their employees weren't wearing one and several others weren't wearing theirs correctly. I went back outside to patiently wait. After another ten minutes of waiting, now at a total of thirty minutes, I went back inside. I asked for a refund as I was tired of waiting. Again they told me I couldn't be in there without a mask while employees still weren't wearing one or wearing one correctly. Upon pointing it out that I shouldn't have to if they didn't the employees scrambled to try to get masks on. One employee was nice enough to bring up a paper mask for myself. The manager still wasn't wanting to give a refund and was leery to do so even though I had refused any order at this point. The manager finally went to give me a refund after trying repeatedly not to. As I was leaving the store the manager waved her hand dismissively towards me and told me to leave. The manager and staff here are very rude and the service is slow at best. This isn't the first time that I have waited longer than a reasonable amount of time for a simple order. It also isn't the first time that the employees there have been rude. Stay away from this location if at all possible if only to save...

Let me start off by saying, the pizza is good... However, that customer service is a hott horrible mess! So... I ordered and paid online as I generally do... Got there about 10 minutes after my order was scheduled to be ready... Sat in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes and decided to just go in... BIG MISTAKE... I go in, make eye contact with an employee... Was never greeted... Stood there for almost 10 minutes before she even acknowledged my presence, and she yells out she'll be there in a minute... Lol... Ok... Almost 10 more minutes pass... Employees coming in and out, up to the register... Nobody says a word... So finally after an employee came to the register to make an input the 4th time I simply tell her I'm just picking up my order that's already paid for... She tells me... They'll be with you in a minute... Mind you, we're creeping up on an hour total I've been there between the drive thru and standing up there being ignored... 5 minutes later she yells up there from the kitchen again... I'm sorry sir, I'm coming... By that time I'm LIVID! So I say, all I want is the pizza that was ready almost an hour ago and is already paid for... 2 to 3 minutes later she comes up there and says she can't find anything for me... She'd asked me my name 3 times and all 3 times I said DAMIEN... Some kind of way she got Don from D-A-M-I-E-N... Then asks what I ordered... Hell at this point, all I remember is it's a damn pizza... I'm about to ask for a refund, THEN she says... Oh... Damien... 😐... Fix this Little Caesars... This doesn't make ANY SENSE! The pizza was good...

I like coming to this location because they have a drive thru. I'm usually on my way home from work and it's just easier to go thru a drive thru. Well, today I place an order online, and I choose the drive thru window option. I pull up... im stared at for a good 10 minutes while the workers just walk around and look at the window then walk away.... 15 MI uses goes by, there's 6 cars behind me. One lady finally comes to the window. She says can I take ur order.... I said I have an order for Brandy. She slams the window and walks away... after another 5 minutes, another worker who had been on their cell phone talking this while time comes to the window and asks if they can help me. I said well, she was supposed to be getting my order but she never came back... the worker asks me if I'm with door dash, I say no, I ordered online. She Says well we only do door dash orders thru the window... I said I selected the option to pick up thru the window. She said I understand, but u have to come in and enter ur code to get ur pizza.... I said I dont have a code. I have a confirmation email for the order when it was placed and one that says its ready... neither have a code and I've been sitting here for 20 minutes..... she said well ill do it for u this one time..... fine. Whatever.. get the pizza. One was supposed to be the thin crust pepperoni....... 😕 it was a regular pepperoni pizza cut like the thin pizza is supposed to be.... this place used to be great.... but its steadily decreasing..... honestly doubt I will ever...
