Mashed potatoes and broccoli not sweet potato and whatever small 4 trees of broccoli you can find around the restaurant. Everyone doing take out orders check your order 12/2/21 update--your manager and customer service did not try to reach out to the credit card I used to pay for the order. All the information was on the email that your customer service representative sent to me. I gave you the name of the person's card that I used please between your customers service rep and the manager/employee that process the card for $73 and change you should know who you billed for the wrongfully cook steaks.
11/22/21-13:50 Update from the 11/13 comments as of 11/20@12:22 I received an email from Longhorns's and it is a $30 gift card from I guess customer relations staff. Why am I receiving this gift card when I was not the one you billed $73 and some change to their credit card. I told you the name of the person and you could have asked me for their information so you could reach out them. 2 Rib Eyes was burn tasting to them and my Outlaw Ribeye was lacking in seasoning. A $30 gift card would only pay for one of the dinners and maybe a dessert. This family under my recommendation wanted to eat from your restaurant. You have the name. I await another from your establishment.

Dear management: make sure all your severs/waiters/take out waiters knows the menu. Train them do not double knot the bag the items are in before giving them to the customer so that they can check to see if all the items they order is in the bag being that the waiters do not know what accompanies the items that customer wanted.
Food ok seasoned right. Wish my chicken fried chicken had its mashed potatoes I ordered. The Arnold Palmers taste great, and to the staff member that open the door for me and she was not even on the clock yet that assistant me, Thank you and I owe you. P.S. a certain bartender need a raise that is the only reason why I come back to the restaurant but he was not there on today...😑
5/19/23 Went to this place twice this week order the chicken salad...both times the meat, chicken was seasoned perfectly applauding you guys because its been a while since this happen. They was under staff/or other people was doing other things as another customer told me she was waiting for 5 minutes an no one try to help her. This woman look like she worked in the medical field. Low and behold for the 3 Rd time in a row they were seating us at the back kitchen door. We told the hostess politily we would wait for the next table. She then said something smart which I then responded with an " excuse me?" Of course she stormed off and had us follow her back to the front door. They seated us at the booth across from the kitchen door. No problem. It's better than all the wait staff passing by your food 100 times. Our waitress came and took our drink order which my husband asked for lemon for his water. Which he did not get. He asked again when we ordered our food. Mind you we are ordering big. Ribeye is what I ordered with grilled mushrooms only. He ordered both onion and mushrooms with the horseradish sauce and the outlaw ribeye. Now that is$50 worth of steak. Both medium rare. Still waiting on lemon she brings us another bread. I watched at 15 times the wait staff and the hostess step over sauce spilled on the floor right in the runway. I assume it was the manager who immediatly cleaned it up when he saw it. We then get our salads. Within 3 minutes our steaks come out and my mushrooms are loaded down with onions. I tell the nice lady that brought our food that I ordered no onions. My husband still needed his lemon, we just got our salads, there is no horseradish sauce and no sweet and low on the table. She says she will go get it corrected. Then our waitress comes over and ask if our order is okay. I then tell her all the mistakes and she tells me my mushrooms only comes with onions. She offered to get what we needed but I let her know that the other nice lady was getting it. She then took off. We did get what we ordered but our steaks were rare. Read moreI want to preface this by saying I never write reviews unless I truly feel an enormous problem exists at an establishment. We visit Longhorn regularly (almost weekly) and our last visit was the worst experience we’ve ever had at a local restaurant. Destiney was our waitress and she was incredibly rude from beginning to end and made us both feel extremely uncomfortable. She didn’t stop and get our drinks until we’d been waiting more than 10 minutes and that’s because we flagged her down. It was all downhill from there. I understand having a bad day, but the table she was taking care of right next to us and others around us got all smiles, refilled drinks, and regular check ins. Meanwhile our drinks were never refilled once, our salads never came out, and our steaks were not cooked correctly. In fact, she didn’t even bring our food out (someone else did) and she never came back to check on us. We had to flag someone else down to address the incorrect steak temperatures, needing steak sauce and missing salads. We also asked for our steaks to be cooked on the grill, and they weren’t nor where we offered it to be corrected in any way. We never got any refills and continued to be ignored despite several attempts to get her attention when she was visiting the booth directly across from us. It was unreal. She refused to even bring us our check or a to go box. We ended up getting up and finding her to ask for a box and the check. She then sent someone else out with our check and no box. There happened to be to go boxes sitting behind me that I was able to grab for myself. We waited longer to have our payment taken. Again, someone else was sent out to handle it while she continued helping other tables around us. I was completely blown away by this treatment, especially considering how often we’ve visited with great service. No manager addressed the issues, nor did any of the stand ins.
