Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Beaumont

Was hungry for a pizza and went by here to get one and while walking in there was a black guy and his 2 sons walking in just before me and as we stood there in the lobby there was a guy counting money and the register so we waited. and waited. and WAITED. Finely he looks up and goes to the end of the counter and looks back to people in the back and a black girl comes walking up to the front like she really didn't want to be there and asked the black guy what he wanted and he made his order. and he backed away from the counter so I could order but the girl just turned and went to the back and didn't even acknowledge me. I was stunned and I looked over to the guy who just made his order and he looked stunned too. I then said "I guess I don't get to order" and walked out. This place is the worst and racist place I have ever been too. This girl needs to be fired. This is a bad mark on this company and sooner or later she is going to get this company in a lot of legal trouble if not corrected. I have been eating there for years but this has turned me off to this place. If I could give -1...

I have gotten pizza here many times, but today I experienced something that is all to common these days. My order, of a single cheese pizza, was 40 minutes late. The two poor employees there were exhausted and overwhelmed and trying their best, but could not keep up with demand. I blame management. I could see in their faces and their eyes and the way they said "we're short staffed today" that they do not work somewhere they like to work at. Whomever runs this place has made an environment that is not worth working at or else the employees would show up and be wanting to cover when someone is out. If those in charge cannot make this a better place of employment, they should up their wages to compensate. If this wasn't a one time issue, they will lose more workers. As I waited and waited here, I met several people who will not return. For everyone's sake, I hope it was only a one time problem, but for this one sad day of business, here is a one...

Ordered ahead on the app. Received text that my order was ready, however when I went in to pick it up it was not... The lobby was full of people there were pizza boxes stacked up in the back that hadn't been put in the Pickup Portal or handed to the customers, I literally sat there and watched the cashier dig through a few of them Call out names and clear the lobby.... I waited at the store 20 minutes after I got the text that my order was ready before somebody that had enough sense came in and looked for my order and found it sitting with all the other pizzas behind the counter. IT HAD BEEN SITTING THERE THE WHOLE TIME I WAS IN THE STORE!!! The cashier was busy on her phone making personal calls most of the time I was there. It was freaking ridiculous. Stay away, do not even bother...
