I contacted Grub Hub to cancel my account and I will not be ordering from NcDonalds again! Grub Hub may have been responsible for the food being late but I was upset because the food was COLD!! Then I called McDonalds to complain and was hung up on the first time so I called right back. I asked who I was speaking with and he identified himself as Eric and the Mgr, I said to him that I had just called and he had hung up on me, he said he hung up because he couldn't understand me! I told him that I had ordered thru Grub Hub and was very disappointed because of the food being so COLD! He then stated that I must have been given the wrong information and it had to be another McDonald's because he handled all the take out orders personally and for the last 2 hours there were only Door Dash take outs NO GRUB HUB ORDERS WERE TAKEN BY HIS STORE and told to call the right store next time and hung up before I could tell him that I got the info about my order from Grub Hub! That type of Customer service is unacceptable. I am so upset about this because no one is patient enough to hear what I have to say. I get rushed by the chats and I get angrier everytime. No one will accept responsibility they just blame each other and I'm the one who is left disappointed with both parties. I don't think you can fix this mess or even care about my concerns and I can't keep trying to get someone to listen to me. I am sorry I used the app to order food from McDonalds. Read moreI feel compelled to argue the logic of this McDonald's pricing, as it is inconsistent with other locations. The quality of the food is a mess as well, which is ironic considering that the time it takes to get the food is slow (leaving me to wonder what is taking so long if you're just slapping my food into a box with half-effort anyway).
PRICING EXAMPLE: -buy any 2 (McDouble/McChicken/spicy McChicken) for $3-something. -buy 2 CHEESEBURGERS (the smallest sandwich on their menu) $5-something.
When asked how much a cheese burger is, I am told just over $2 for one sandwich. How in the world is their smallest sandwich so much more expensive than literally a sandwich made with twice the amount of ingredients? Other locations charge the same amount for twice the cheese burgers, so it leads me to believe that this specific location is hiking up prices for whatever reason.
Not to mention the quality of the product. Meat is dried out, half the cheese is hanging out of the sandwich, big mac buns are completely out of order and a mess, barely any ketchup/onion/pickle under the hood.
I'm not expecting gourmet from McDonalds, don't get me wrong, but I am expecting some sense and effort. If I'm going to be spending this much money, I may as well take myself over to Sonic or In-n-out. Even Jack in the Box is a better option.
TLDR is this McDonalds is the worst fast-food option in the area this side of the freeway. There are so many more delicious and quality options that, if given the choice, I would never choose this...
Read moreCame here on 7/7/24 evening The app was giving the cashier a hard time and was getting an attitude and started yelling at me because I tried to redeem a deal and her screen was showing something else. Even before I ordered I can hear her having an attitude with the car in front of me . When Leo used to work here everything was 5* + but now . the manager has no customer service skills nor hospitality skills whatsoever never have I been treated so poorly I asked her to stop yelling at me and to tone down her attitude since the issue wasnt my fault but the app so she denied me service . I still came back though and ordered again and upon getting to the window the young lady was just so rude and disrespectful. horrible service always starts from leadership and the leadership needs new training. When I left I can see them giggling as if they were getting a gag out of being rude to people. It's so unfortunate that they get a pay increase yet the service is so poor it's honestly disappointing . At this point they are so desperate they will hire anybody let alone customer service and hospitalilty is nearly non existent in Beaumont I can drive down t riverside and get better service it doesn't make sense . Please!! Retrain your employees to have better customer service this store is horrible .cleanliness inside the store is so bad!!
