ALDI — Local services in Beaumont

Their first months of opening were great - but, now - the Product changes way too much. - As, One week they have something, the next week they don't.

Every time I go in there, there is always some type of mis-pricing -especially in the wine section. They have said discounts and then you go up to the register and it can be up to $4 to $5 more than what the price says - ALWAYS PRICE CHECK BOTTLES OF WINE!!

At the cash register they usually go so fast and they just dump stuff into another cart. Barely saying helllo-

Today I had my tomatoes smashed and I also had banana bread that was at the bottom of the cart with all the other groceries. Obviously these cashiers aren't looking at where the "smashable" produce and products are landing!!

You would think that they would help out by, at least, placing the groceries in the cart rather than just throwing them anywhere!!

Seems like they're always rushing to get you out of there as soon as possible. Customer Service has gone WAY down to minimal, where it used to be a lot better --

Spoke with the Manager "Jeff" about all of it and, even then, he didn't seem all that interested - not one apology, just excuses and kind of looking off, as if he had something better to do!

This store really needs to clean up...

This is a favorite for grocery shopping! Competitive prices with Walmart. Great ad sales each week. Store is clean and well organized, they don't always have the same exact item. The quarter for a cart is an amazing idea as you do not see carts all over the parking lot. Never have a problem with parking as there is always close spots. Never busy! My autistic grandson left is stuffed doll and he set it down, we left without it for him to realize once we got home. I looked for a phone number and nothing anywhere, they don't have a local number. We had to drive back and once we were in the store again we were stopped by a very nice employee wondering if he could help us locate what we were looking for. All three of us looked high and low. The gentleman went to the office to look over security footage and as soon as he seen where my grandson left his stuffy he came out to take us to it. Never had anyone go above and beyond! The cashiers are super friendly!! The store is always clean/ stocked and if a product isnt out they usually always check the back!! Giving it a 4 because I've seen the store manager be really rude to customers on more than 1 occassion. For example, I was buying 5 loaves of bread on one register and an elderly gentleman was purchasing 4 at another. Well he proceeds to tell the guy he can only sell him 2 loafs of bread ( theres no sign saying a limit and my cashier certainly didnt care). The older man was so upset and the SM didnt handle the situation the best. He especially gets upset when they have product tagged at one price and it rings up a different price so you politely tell him and he acts like he doesnt want to honor it so it becomes a big deal.
