In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Beaumont

I went through this In-N-Out drive-through after an IEP meeting for my autistic son. I was distraught and the young lady who was taking orders outside Took the time to ask me if I was OK. I said yeah I’m OK. And she asked no, are you really OK? She then gave me a hug in the middle of the drive-through Line. She Was able to comfort me at a time when I needed it. I am a nurse, and my job revolves around comforting others, so being on the receiving end of it, words cannot express my gratitude towards this employee. Then I got up to the window to pay for my food. I asked for a manager to share the experience and what a lovely employee this person was. The manager then proceeded to give me my meal for free, and then she held my hand and explain that she Has a child with autism and that it gets better. These employees are heaven sent, and they truly reflect the values of In-N-Out. In Nursing, we have something called a daisy award when a nurse goes above and beyond for a patient that truly makes a difference. I wish there were something equivalent to award these ladies with. First I want to say every In-N-Out burger place I have been to has been great BUT this one here in Beaumont ca has been by far the best one. It is always clean and the staff are all so kind and friendly and go up and beyond for customers and making sure their experience is the best possible visit. Today my eldest, my daughter turned 18 years old and she chose In-N-Out for her birthday dinner. When we told them it was her birthday immediately the drive through cashier at the food pass window said happy birthday to her and asked what kind of shake she likes and gave her a free shake for her birthday. That was so kind and sweet and very much appreciated more than the cashier knows. I would always recommend In-N-Out to everyone (including family from out of the country has been introduced to them, and when they come out they must eat here) and I would most definitely recommend going to this location too! New: Feb 2023 All the kinks must've been worked out. Tried again, animal style cheeseburger & double double and fries. It was great! The touch of mustard on the burgers is fabulous. Fries were excellent, not greasy, very lightly salted, and cooked perfectly. If you're in the mood for a burger and fries, eat here. The prices are very reasonable too.

My first In N Out experience was terribly mediocre. So many people thru out the years have said "you've never tried INO", finally one opened near me and I gave it a try. Burger (protein style) was as cold as the lettuce. So much sauce it was difficult to taste the beef. I was really looking forward to the fries but they too were cold and limp.
