It’s a clean store and usually stocked with most products but if you don’t know what you’re looking for or need a question answered then this store seems to be a little sub-par. I’m in here every few days and if I have a question, it’s really hit-or-miss as to whether I can locate someone to help, much less that person being able to answer questions beyond where a product is located in the store. The staff is friendly, just not knowledgeable. As I said, I’m in here every few days and the only employee who seems to be walking the isles regularly is the guy selling solar installs. Every couple of days he asks if my home has solar and every time I respond that I already have solar. He never seems to recognize me so he re-asks again every few days. lol I’m starting to feel like I’m living a weird solar-themed version of the movie “Groundhog Day.” lol If there was a Lowes in town I think I would prefer shopping there but since this is the only large hardware store in Beaumont, I keep finding myself here .. . <sigh>

I came to Home Depot for a few pieces of lumber. I needed them cut, but lumber department helpers were on another task. They left no note that they would be back. There was no visible help in the area. One helper was not very receptive when asked to call for help. "What isle?!" she barked. After waiting for 15 minutes or so, one helper came by walking with a customer. She said help would be returning soon. They were on another task. She stated the customer she was speaking with would be served first, yet she didn't know how long I had been waiting. Additionally, the check out lines facilitating social distancing were unclear. I realized I had cut in front of others, so I went to the back of the line. Lastly, Home Depot donates to Trump. Enough said!

Today, I noticed a sale sign outside your store advertising "3 for $10." Intrigued by this offer, I went inside and selected several bags, excited to take advantage of the promotion. However, when I approached the cashier to pay, I was informed that there was no such sale. I showed the cashier the sign that had caught my attention, but she was unsure why it was still displayed. This situation not only wasted my time but also left me feeling frustrated and misled. False advertising can significantly impact customer trust, and I believe it is essential for businesses to ensure that promotional materials are accurate and up to date. I hope you will address this issue to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

*webform link below only goes to website, how do we as consumers get our complaints/problems resolved?

Worst customer service ever of any Home Depot I’ve been to. If I could give them a zero stars I would! I’m a licensed plumber and owner of my plumbing business and on Monday 9/30/24 I brought in a customer’s water heater (that was processed and approved over the phone by the manufacturer and they said to bring it in to any Home Depot like the many of times that i have done before, first time at this location)for a warranty replacement and when we arrived there with the water heater the associate didn’t know what to do so she calls the store manager Jim and he comes over scans the water heater, says the sku is not coming up and can’t do anything about it and leaves. I then called the manufacturer back (rheem Home Depot warranty department specialist) and explained the situation and there was a way to do it and she tells me to pass the phone over to the store manager. So the associate radios the store manager telling him to come back and he replies “no thank you” and never came. Manufacturer now puts me on hold to try and call the Home Depot store and no one answered. She then gets connected back to me and tells the associate and requests for ANY manager to come and she’ll walk them through so the associate now calls Tony, he comes and makes it just as difficult and got nowhere.

All they had to do was to follow SIMPLE instructions from the rheem specialist which she was going provide them with the sku number. Not that difficult, they didn’t even want to talk to her.

Long story short we ended up wasting about an hour there, hauled the water heater and left to Redlands Home Depot. When we arrived there thanks to Nan she already knew what was going on because the rheem specialist had already called and explained the situation and provided the sku to her. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes including us grabbing the new water heater and all other parts and the warranty process.

Thanks Rheem for always being the helpful and standing behind your products and warranty. And thanks to Nan at Redlands Home Depot for helping us out.

And NO THANKS to Beaumont Home Depot! I hope no one ever have to go through this. I had wasted two hours of my time for something so simple that only took a few minutes to do. I felt like they just didn’t want to help ME In PARTICULAR.

And to JIM AND TONY and Beaumont Home Depot you guys need more training when it comes to customer service. Please treat your customers better. I felt their energy and vibe they gave me before even talking to me. Glad I’m never ever coming back there again. I hope you get that raise when your annual evaluation comes for working the way you do and hope you get the biggest bonus check. Kept it up bud!!

Any contractor/plumber/customer out there have been treated like this??

Beware when going to Home Depot looking for specialty items and services. Home Depot likes to portray themselves as a one stop shop for all types of jobs. Just be aware when asking Home Depot if they install certain products and they say yes. It's not Home Depot doing or standing by the work to be done. I was duped by Home Depot when I went in looking for cabinets. I was given a Home Depot card with a number to call for an estimate on garage cabinets. A lady came out to my home with a Home Depot apron, gave me her Home Depot business card, and gave me an estimate. I excepted and she gave me a contract to sign all on Home Depot Stationary. I was surprised to have to pay for everything up front. But I liked the cabinets, and I was told it would be a six-to-eight-week time of completion. I was not happy with a 2 month wait. I was told a second person would stop by in a couple days to verify all measurements. A second person stopped in a car with Home Depot markings. The lady came with her Home Depot attire and gave me a Home Depot business card and verified the total job. Three months passed and no cabinets. I was getting no answers from the phone numbers on the cards so I went to Home Depot to find answers or cancel the order. I was told Home Depot has nothing to do with the project it was subcontracted, and I must deal with the third party directly. I asked to cancel and I was told I can't because I signed a contract that states no cancellation for delayed parts or shipments. After ninety days I was called that my cabinets were in, and it would be another three weeks to install. I had no recourse but to wait. Delivery day came and the installers only had partial cabinets to install it would be another 2 months to obtain the rest. The guys felt bad and called their manager who rolled in with another car with Home Depot logos. He had his Home Depot jacket and gave me a Home Depot Business card and I let him have it. He agreed to refund me the cost of the missing cabinets and I would get a credit within 7 to 10 days. It has been over 3 weeks and no refund yet. In my opinion Home Depot is offering products and services that are misrepresenting and deceptive in nature. I may be naive and too trustworthy of popular businesses. I didn't ask if the job was going to a subcontractor and Home Depot didn't mention it. If you ever go to a Home Depot for any major project or product, remember this review. Home Depot may not stand behind you once you sign any contract from an outside vendor or contractor even if Home Depot logos are...

CURBSIDE PICK UP: Horrible customer service by LENA!

My experience today was very bad. I placed an order for curbside pickup like I normally do. When I was notified my order was ready I selected “On my way” and the app prompted me to describe my vehicle and I did. BUT once I arrived and parked the app said “Order Completed”. It didn’t allow me to type in a space number at all. So I call the phone number on the parking space and ask for Curbside pickup assistance and the attendant snaps at me saying “DID YOU CHECK IN EARLY?!?” I responded “No I just got here and when I went to input my parking space number it said my order was already “completed” The home depo attendant continues to accuse me of checking in early and claiming that because I checked in early and I wasn’t outside when she walked outside she completed my order to get it off her list. (Her words).

I repeat myself that I did not check in early and ask who she gave my order to since it wasn’t me.

She continues to argue with me and finally asks what parking space I’m in. I tell her and she comes outside with the same nasty attitude. All of this in front of my daughter

Asking me for my ID and order # even though she had no paperwork to check it against (AND SHE WASN'T CHECKING THE STICKER ON MY ITEMS EITHER).

She continued to blame me saying I checked in early because she had the description of the car that was proof I checked in early, although like I mentioned when you select “On my way” the app asks for what type of car you will be in.

So seems like she came out early with my stuff and decided it was my fault for not being on her time.

I hope no one has to go...
