Sharetea — Restaurant in Beaumont

I found this place on yelp excited to try their Taro Ice Blended with Pudding. I placed my order on Grubhub and went to the store. It said it would be 35 minutes tops. When I arrived, I waited near the pickup area but did not find my drinks. Eventually someone asked if I ordered online. And I said yes. I told them though GrubHub, but they couldn't find my drinks. I showed my email and told them I ordered at 1:00. It was already 1:35 at this point and NO the place was not busy so I didn't understand the holdup? Two of the women went to the back to talk and one finally came back and said she would make my order. I told her the drinks and she made them. I spent a total of 45 minutes in there. Ridiculous. I left and was disgusted to find an eyelash or eyebrow hair in my drink! I will NEVER COME BACK. IT'S ONE THING TO DISREGARD MY ORDER AND ANOTHER TO BE UNPALATABLE WHEN IT COMES TO A DRINK. This place is absolute waste, trash, garbage!...

This is not a review about the quality of the products sold on this establishment but rather a review of their service. I like Sharetea for many years and been going to this place consistently when I was living in LA. I/we got excited when a Sharetea was opening in Beaumont. I know they are still in soft opening but heir sign says they are open till 10pm on Friday night. We arrived 8:58pm and we saw people still entering or are still inside. But when we fall in line, one of the employees told us that they were already closed. Is that how you're going to do business? You just lost a customer or customers. The first visit was really good. So, we tried to go back. The second time, my tea were sweet even I ordered 30% sugar. The third time, my tea did not even dissolved properly. I was so happy that we have a boba shop here. Please maintain your quality. The service depends on your luck. If you see the young guy, he was really friendly and professional. I would shout out for him. Tried to look for his name but could not see. The one who made my teas was different...
