Mattress Firm Sun Lakes Village — Hotel in Banning

Went in to this store in Banning today with my wife, not intending to purchase a mattress. I intended to test some mattresses to get an idea of the type that I would purchase elsewhere. I expected the price range to be far outside of what I was willing to pay. Andrew did not try to pressure us in to buying anything, which I really appreciate. The pushy, over-ambitious, salesman thing tends to irritate me. In fact, we let him know almost immediately, that we did not intend to purchase a mattress. He was more than willing to simply share his extensive knowledge on sleep science and every product in the store. I am a meticulous shopper and I like to get as much information as I can before I make a big purchase. I am not the easiest customer to deal with as I will often go back and forth, testing this and that, multiple times before I make a decision. Andrew was very patient, knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. Between giving us information on the various mattresses and platform options, and figuring out what sort of sleep issues we were having, I began to lean towards making a purchase. After learning the great financing options combined with fair prices and great promotional deals, the decision was made. I needed to file a claim on a warranty I purchased for my Tempur-Pedic mattress and adjustable base from Mattress Firm. I was mis-directed numerous times, until I met Store Manager Kevin at the Mattress Firm in Beaumont, CA. Kevin truly understands the importance of good customer service. He listened to my concerns. He made copies of my paperwork. He worked with his district manager and home office to ensure his customer was taken care of. Kevin called me two days later. He let me know my claim had been approved and wanted to know what day they could deliver my new mattress and bed frame. This was a Thursday afternoon in which he called. I had my new mattress and bed frame on Saturday. I was also pleasantly surprised when the delivery team called and let me know they could show up 2 hours earlier than scheduled if that time worked for me. It did. The delivery team was fantastic also. Albert and Rigo called me to see if I wanted an earlier delivery. I gladly accepted. They were professional. They hustled. They were thorough. From the moment my mom and I walked in, he was beyond helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. When we brought my dad back the next day, Clarence gave the same level of care and attention — letting us try all the best beds in the store and giving us the best advice to help us make the right choice.
