Wow, this pizza place has ALL the options a family could wish for! Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly (it was our first time visiting, and they were happy to explain the options). They have thin crust, pan pizza, whole wheat crust, stuffed cheese crust, gluten free, and yes, folks, even cauliflower crust pizza. Anything other than their basic pizza dough has an upcharge, so be prepared for that. We had the original and already can't wait to go back to try pan and stuffed cheese, and I guarantee at some point I am going to try the cauliflower and whole wheat options, too! They had several sauce choices, a great array of cheeses (feta, gorgonzola, mozzarella, ricotta, daiya/vegan cheese, cheddar and more. Great veggie choices, and I was so excited about their plant-based "meat" options!!! I tried all three - typically it is $1 per oz, but they currently have a special going that is $1 for 3 oz of plant-based "meats". My favorite was the "sausage", hands down... Second favorite was the "meatballs", and third would be the "chicken".... Has to be one of the best vegetarian pizzas I have ever eaten. The size seems a little bigger than Blaze or Mod, and there are some distinct differences compared to those two places... Sauces are an additional charge at Pieology, so no balsamic drizzle like Blaze does so well.... It took a little longer than Blaze typically takes but I can personally vouch for the fact that it was worth the wait!! They bring the pizza to your table, so no waiting in a crazy line listening for your name. 😀. They have a soda robot, and icees (add'l charge for icees), and great lemonades and fruit infusions and teas. I especially loved the positive environment - there are encouraging quotes on the walls, and on the backs of employees shirts, and staff was polite and friendly. We will be back for sure!!!!

With my temporary drive through Beaumont, I picked up his and hers create-your-own calzones to try, with ricotta but vegan mozzarella, 3-cheese alfredo instead of red sauce, and artichokes, fresh basil and garlic, with the signature parmesan and herb blend on top 🍕 The humongous Reese's peanut butter cups cookies were a must try in a dessert duo, and did not disappoint 🍪 They are $3.49 each and on my first visit Oct 2024 I received a 2 cookies price of $6.49. I did not receive the 2 cookies price in November and was told that was a sale they were having. I think that should be a regular thing because it isn't that much savings but would encourage me to buy 2 every time. There were no frescas to try on my 1st visit but other than that things were going well, until people started to line up for their app pickup orders. My order was just completed so I paused to check my boxes on a table near the door. Unfortunately I found they had given me red sauce instead of the alfredo sauce I had requested. I went back to the counter and they took the red sauce back and said they would get me the other sauce right away, but I had to ask for it a few times while they rushed to fulfill the app orders. It was frustrating, but probably expectable around dinner time. I did go back twice while I was in the area, and we joined their rewards and ordered ahead of time. The $5 off $15 was a nice first reward. After that the website is not friendly in letting us compare if we want to use Pies & Perks or a different offer, because it is hard to remove an offer once applied. Finally, I really wanted to try their Craft your own Salad, but didn't find much to craft. They do have Vegan mozz, but no vegan meat options, and no broccoli, which should be offered as pizza toppings as well.

I have been to several different pieology locations and I have to say this one was the worst. All of the other locations are clean and kept up. It was 4:30pm and this place looked horrible. The staff was just relaxing and talking the whole time we were there and the place was for the most part empty. During the ordering process it felt like we were the inconvenience for being there to eat. The back splashes were visibly dirty and could easily be seen from the lobby/customer area. The garbage was piled up high with pizza trays I can only assume from lunch. The fountain drink dispenser looked like maybe it was cleaned a week ago. The windows are all fogged over and dirty. The order menu TV's are very crooked. The bathroom was not only trashed but def hasnt been attended in a very long time! Remember that your bathrooms reflect how clean people think your kitchen is. I don't normally write negative reviews unless something really stands out. These issues should be resolved. I like pieology and hate to see your location go under for something that you can easily fix. Looking back at other reviews it does not look like the owner resolved this locations issues. My suggestion at this point is find somewhere else to eat. There are a ton of options in that area and this should not be one.

I went into Pieology to support my son's school fundraiser. I was greeted by a young man, who was friendly....so far so good. As I am telling him what type of dough I would like, the "manager" Desiree walks up and rudely interrupts by telling him " I need this on the fly" and handed him what I can only guess was a forgotten order, or a remake. Either way, I was in the middle of an ORDER! The young man apologized to me and started to work on the order she gave him. I was shocked that any manager would walk into an order in progress and have so little respect for the customer. After standing and watching this young man make someone else's order, I was finally able to order. While waiting I had a chance to observe the manager take her phone from her back right pocket and begin texting, then put it away and continued pulling pizzas from the oven. Never once changing her gloves. After taking a few phone calls on the business phone, which was in her back left pocket (same gloves) she finally changed her gloves. Wow! I am still in shock that this is a MANAGER! The next person to help us was friendly, but seemed confused. When we reached the cash register, I asked the young man helping me if there was a number to report our experience. He seemed confused, and called the manager over. I asked for a number, Desiree told me that there was no phone number to report anything, and to go on the company website. I went to the website, and of course did not find any way to report the visit. I asked for the name of the General manager, and she said that it was her, so I spoke to Desiree about my complaint. She said she was sorry and then placed blame on the person who was initially helping me saying, " Well HE could have finished your order" She gave no sincere apology, had no accountability for her actions and absolutely no professionalism. I asked her for her name, which she gave me and immediately walked away... in the middle of my complaint LOL! What kind of business gives no information on how to give feedback on a visit? The other employees I encountered were friendly, so I have no complaints there. The pizza was decent, nothing to write home about, my son said his wings were great so that is a plus. But unfortunately Desiree ruined the experience for us and I...

Unfortunately this Hass to be one of the worst “fast food“ restaurants in Beaumont, California. For the second time I found myself ordering a pizza using the Pieology app, and then when I arrived to the restaurant found that the pizza was not even started. The lady behind the counter, who could use a few lessons in customer service, said unfortunately we were very busy and our pizza oven isn’t cooking the pizza properly. I wish when ordering I would have been made aware of this fact because I would have canceled the order. At no point in time was there an apology or any effort made to make the customer happy . When I arrive to the restaurant there were four people sitting and eating their pizza. A person who was waiting for their online order was also upset because his pizza was not started either. While waiting to find out that the pizza had not even been started, I was dismayed at when I saw two more employees walking in and clocking in for their shift. It may simply be a managerial issue, because it’s not a staffing issue. Plenty of employees to make pizza but poorly planned breaks or starts to their shifts makes it so that the customers are not satisfied. If the app had said it would’ve been 45 minutes to get a pizza then I could’ve planned accordingly but it said 10 minutes which was not the case, obviously. I am probably not the only one who has experience this at this location, but unfortunately my family and I will not be returning here . I hope the store, which has only been open for a couple of years, gets their act together so that other people do not have to be inconvenienced as I was today. to top it all off, when I asked for my money back they said they could not refund me in the store, nor give me cash out of the register. While I can understand the reasons behind us, it is not the right way to take care of an unsatisfied customer. If you try and even call customer service for Pieology, you can’t get through to anybody and have to leave a message. Good luck getting a call back. I have called my credit card company and disputed the charge and have received my refund. But what...
