I went to the drive-thru at McDonalds today. After receiving my food, I checked through my bag and noticed that they had forgot 2 of my bacon, egg and cheese mcgriddles I had ordered. It wasn't a big deal, so we parked and I went inside with my receipt. I showed the cashier my receipt and let her know that they had forgot 2 mcgriddles with my order. She grabbed her manager and had her come talk to me. After explaining my problem, she proceeded to announce very loudly to everyone that I was lying because she bagged them herself. I told her that I didn't know if she accidentally put them in the wrong bag or what happened, but I just knew that I didn't get them. She then tells me to go get my bag of food so she could check it herself. When I returned with the bag she checked through it. The entire time I stood there waiting she kept cussing and making sly remarks about me to all of the employees around her, and didn't care that I could hear what she was saying. She said things like, "why does everyone have to fcking lie about this sht" and, "they just want free food." I didn't want free food, a refund or anything extra. I only wanted what I paid for, but she couldn't admit that it was possible that she had made a mistake. So after standing there for at least 10 minutes being berated by this manager, she reluctantly decides to replace the missing items on my order. When my food was finally ready, she comes to the counter, tosses the bag down and walks away huffing and puffing. I had also asked for some grape jelly with my order originally that wasn't placed in my bag either. So I then I had to stand there and wait for another cashier to finally come up to the counter so I could ask them to give me some. I asked the cashier that brought me the jelly for the number to call for complaints and she said ugh it's on the receipt. I then asked for the managers name and the cashier didn't answer, she just walked away and I couldn't get anyone to tell me what...
Read moreI honestly hate eating McDonald's, but I occasionally go there for parfaits or McCafe drinks. I used to work at this store so from time to time, when I'm in town visiting, I'll stop by this location. I only ordered TWO parfaits which were warm when I received them-- and they shouldn't be. I was perplexed because I literally watched the cashier pull them from the refrigerator. I then asked him if he could make some fresh parfaits, he explained to me that he didn't know how. I tried to explain to him what was in the parfait but he was still confused so I asked him to bring the items and I would make them myself. Which he did and I was grateful, although this was not my job. He then told me that his manager told him to charge me for another parfait because I was using extra products. In my defense, none of this would have happened if the manager would have done it himself or ensured that ALL equipment was working properly and that all employees knew every aspect of their job. When I asked to speak with the manager, if I recall correctly, Larry-- he refused to speak with me in regards to this matter. While he was so concerned about this minuet issue, several other things were wrong with the store. For one, it was BEYOND dirty in the lobby and noticeably dirty behind the counter. There was not enough people working the front, as drive through and the front counter customers were lacking attention and it took forever acknowledge us and give the customers their food. I would have to say, this was very poor customer service and this needs to be addressed as this is not my first time experiencing PISS...
Read moreI never leave reviews, but something at this McDonald’s NEEDS to change. As we pulled into the parking lot we witnessed an elderly woman trip and fall over the curb and hit her head, she was bleeding all over from multiple cuts on her face and limping. We helped her inside and asked the employees for a first aid kit and ice; they left us hanging forever and when they finally found a first aid kit there was nothing in it, no bandages, alcohol wipes, Neosporin, nothing! We sat in the lobby for an HOUR before they finally found the accident report form we requested. (I think they were hoping we’d just leave) I can only hope the urgent care isn’t closed by the time she gets there because of how long they ignored us. They acted like we weren’t even there. When we finally got the manger to talk to us she said “I was on the grill”…so that’s more important then a lady bleeding in your establishment? We were the only people in the lobby but it was like we were invisible to them. If we hadn’t been there I have no idea what would’ve happened. It’s obvious there’s been no training on how to respond in an emergency and when we told the manger that she stormed off and said “I don’t need training!!! this is my first time having to do this”…that’s what’s training is for, so when an accident happens you know how to respond. To be honest, you don’t need to be an expert on anything to be a decent human being and be kind and caring. The store manger needs to train all their employees and managers on how to respond in...
