I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, Mcdouble, 2 fries in drive thru. The food was warm(not hot). The messed the order up (1 chicken sandwich wasn't correct). The guy manager that was in drive thru tells me that the food was warm and they did the best they could do! I told old/warm food wasn't the best they could do. I said no sorry but the best you can do, Really? 2) The fries were hot but extremely salty! I had brought the large fry in and not the smaller one. First off the fries were turned sideways and spilled in the bag the 1st and 2nd time. So, when I go back to the car the other daughter (youngest with the other fries) says hers are salty!😡😕 So I go back in and the manager (young white guy) tells me that if I brought them in again halfway filled ( mind you it wasn't full do to him turning the box sideways - not smart or lack of training - I worked for McDonald's before and that's not the appropriate way because the fries spills out). When she couldn't get the quarter pounder to ring up free she called mgr. Younger white mail, he immediately approached with attitude towards me and her. He couldn't figure it out and asked me for the code, when I asked what code he was referring to he VERY RUDELY replied "CODE; C.O.D.E" as if I couldn't spell. I am 41 years old with an education beyond high school. Even the clerk looked at him with utter surprise that he would speak to a customer like that. I didn't get my free Burger and knew I had to leave quickly to avoid showing the anger I was feeling from his rude disrespectful ways. He shouldn't be a mgr.
