We typically have a great experience at raising cane establishments, however today was a bust. The customer service was poor to say the least. The young lady who took our order was dry, rushed us with our order on top of not getting it right the first time when we first placed the order. Upon my husband correcting her on our order she had an attitude. Adding insult to injury I spoke with the manager Dillian who too was short, at first he seemed as If he was sincere in brushing up the young lady on her customer service skills. But as I was finishing my sentence he abruptly ended the conversation (you know when someone let's you know without saying I don't have time for this type of thing). Due to this experience we will not be frequenting your establishment and I will be sure to contact your area manager . Without customers you have no job. Signed a customer who's big on great customer...
Read moreMy first time eating here. Heard a lot of hype about it from Texas friend's back in LA where I live. Their signature sauce was good, everything else was just eh. By the time I got to my hotel down the street and ate it everything was lukewarm and the chicken was soggy. Wasn't much seasoning at all on the chicken and the fries had zero salt on them. Also of note the chicken tenders are TINY. They look huge on the menu pictures, don't be fooled. I got the 4 piece and was still hungry after.
I may try one more time but will have to eat the food immediately and request seasoning next time. I've had much better fried chicken in LA now that southern style chicken is a real hit there at the moment and it's seasoned way better and usually has some spice to it.
The sauce was definitely the MVP here, also the crushed ice used for the fountain drinks, don't see that very often and it's my...

My buddies and I are always in agreement when someone suggests Cane's because we know exactly what we're getting and that it's going to hit the spot. It's all about that perfect box combo. The chicken fingers are always hot and juicy on the inside, with a perfectly crispy batter on the outside. The crinkle-cut fries might be "basic," but they're always perfectly salted and hot, which is a big win. But let's be real—the star of the show is the Cane's sauce. You can dip everything in it: the chicken, the fries, and especially that buttery, garlicky Texas toast. I've found it's always worth swapping the coleslaw for an extra piece of toast, which they'll...
