i have had an issue with this place more than once.so today i asked to have the smoothie extra thick because the past 5-6 times it’s been like drinking water so i get my smoothie and leave i’m in a rush to get to houston when i leave and i start to drink the smoothie i realize again it’s like water so i call up there and i’m told i have to bring the drink back today no exceptions so i’m expected to drive to houston drive back home then drive back to houston i’ve a 6 dollar drink i’m in total disbelief so i get off the highway turn around and bring he drink and set it on the window and call the store and tells them that you have lost my business for good i will never sweet foot in this establishment again so today that got my money and i got nothing in return no drink no money back this has to be the most terrible business in beaumont texas...

Wednesday May 30th 2018 at 11:35 am- I walk in and a young lady takes my order. I mistakenly ordered the wrong smoothie and asked her to change my order. She rolls her eyes in disgust and does so. A few minutes later, a guy named Matt walks in dripping with sweat and walks behind the counter. He was about six foot, has reddish brown hair that was in a bun and he drove a blue smart car blaring music. I'm guessing he is friends with the people who work there because they greeted him with huge smiles. Well this guy Matt starts making himself a smoothie, again, dripping with sweat. Meanwhile, when my smoothie is ready, she shoves it to me, I asked for a straw and she just points to the corner and walks away.
