The coffee is really good here, and the baked goods as well. I feel like it's almost too stark atmosphere-wise, and I get that they're going for a streamlined industrial look though. I really wish there was a posted menu, with or without prices, but something big and obvious and easy-to-read. If you're not a regular, you feel a bit put on-the-spot if it's busy and you don't know what to order. This is the only coffee shop I think I've been to where there is no menu posted. My biggest issue is something that they may not be able to do anything about. Before they opened, I was really excited to have a drive-thru coffee place on this side of town. With kids, especially in winter, it is nearly impossible to make it into any place to pick up breakfast and coffee. I drove by almost daily, checking up on the building's progress, anticipating it opening. Then when it seemed finished, I noticed the distinct lack of a drive-thru. Perhaps this embodies a small town coffee shop trying to stand out among a predictable, big box commercial zone, set in a small, unassuming strip mall? This minimalist/industrial modern-feel coffee shop is easy on/off from US 151 and equipped with a drive-thru. The team was super-friendly and knew the menu well. Espresso roast was well-balanced in "the Nunatak" latte, which blended a heavy dose of caramel with plenty of cinnamon to balance. Sweeter than I normally prefer, I could see why this would be their signature beverage and it's worth a try. While the food offerings were minimal due to COVID-19, the quality of baked goods was surprisingly good, especially the crispy, flakey croissant. They're expecting to have a food menu ready in May, 2021....
