Great service, fast seating and dining. And it may seem like the selection has been sitting on the hot table for toooo long??? Go right before the dinner rush and be patient because that's when they start constantly refilling and exchanging entree's. You will notice this by a lot of steam rising from the various entree's. Would have gave 5 stars if the entree tables were always that fresh but it's hard to keep it like that all day. Like I said, go right before dinner rush. 4:30 PM thru 5 PM and you will get the best of what Ming's Garden has to offer. P.S. It is a big place so party's and group dinners are easy peezee.

Not a great experience for $50. The sweet and sour chicken breading was not only under cooked, but half soggy and gross. Generals chicken was soggy and full of veins and grossness. The fried rice was good but seemed reheated. Egg rolls were spring roll size. Dumplings looked like ..mystery meat. What I was looking forward to the most , my egg drop soup and crunchy noodles.. turned out to be , stale , instantly dissolvable pieces of yuck. And to top it allllll off y’all , my kids fortune cookie was slap empty 👏. Guess I’ll be driving to Columbus for our Chinese from now on. 🤮

This place has a lot to offer! There are way more options than you could ever try in one visit! I will have to go back to try all the other options. Their crab ragoons were tasty. Their dumplings were really good. I really liked the stuffed mushrooms. The filling was great. And they even had hot apple pie on the buffet! I wanted seconds, but I was too full to do that to myself. Everything was hot. And the service was great. Thumbs up for this place tonight!

We have been there countless times over many years, & have always enjoyed the 1st rate food selection, staff, service & reasonable prices. The only problem we have ever experienced was this past New Year's Eve when the food, even under the heat lights, was not anywhere near as warm as it should have been. But, in their defence, outside it was well below zero & I'm sure the constant opening of the outside door, even with the enclosed entryway, let enough frigid outside air in to blow over the food serving counters affecting the temperature of the hot food. Perhaps reconfiguring & even rebuilding the outside entrance to not allow such winter cold air into the main dining room is something for the owner to consider for customer comfort & warmer food - just a suggestion but one to think about. We will, by the way, continue to return for a great meal & experience, but ask you to consider the suggestion we present. You also need to know that other diners we talked with that night also expressed the same less than warm food concerns we have outlined. As I said, we will definitely be back but you really need to address the...

I've had a good experience in the past here but not this time. All the food wasn't even warm. About room temperature. Soup was slightly hotter but not by much. With the exception of the Chinese entrees table, with everything smothered in sauce, the other two tables with appetizers and American food was incredibly dried. Like it had been sitting for hours. This place used to be the place to go for us because I love the Chinese food and my husband can get the American food. But he couldn't even cut through the roast it was so hard. I've been to many buffets before, and I've been to this one before as well, and never had real problems. This was terrible though. Food was overcooked and sitting for a long time without proper heat to keep it safe and enjoyable. It's gone real downhill the last couple months...

I go there pretty often although it’s a hit or miss on the quality of the food. The owner that you pay when you leave has a terrible habit of going through the restaurant looking at people’s plates and their tickets to make sure no one is eating anything from dinner menu if they paid for a lunch. It’s very rude and frankly it’s sort of disgusting. If by chance a person has a single shrimp (which isn’t of good quality) she will call it out in front of the whole restaurant! That is the height of rude. The bathroom needs attention all of the time. It’s gross and the watered down hand soap is really a joke. That’s just plain greed. They forget that it takes money to make money. Eventually they will not have a business to be...
