Subway — Restaurant in Beaver Dam

Was here Saturday arrived at 8:10 with the open sign off. Checked and they closed at 9pm so we went in. Wasn’t greeted, was asked what would you like? Charlie the worker was very rude and was throwing food containers around acting as if we were such an inconvenience for him even though Subway didn’t close for another 50 minutes. No eye contact was made by employee when he was giving cold/rude remarks. Shoved my sandwich shut and threw it in a bag. Every other time I’ve been there it was a positive experience but it only takes one sour apple to ruin something.

Gotta love this classic place. I miss the well done stead strips that they had at one time, sadly they removed it, hopefully due to the fact that it just did not turn enough revenue per unit. I must say, however with the coupons that come in the mail every once and awhile this still stays a place that my family will frequent for that extra sandwich time. We ordered 3 subs online, from Beaver Dam store, site said unable to process payment, tried another card, then the site went down. checked our bank, we WERE in fact charged for the online order, so went to pick it up, the 2 people who were working said they had no record of order being placed, and couldn't do anything about it, no refund, no sandwiches, nothing! so we're out 30 bucks, and the employees were ABSOLUTELY NO HELP, We will NEVER go to this Subway again. If I could give a negative star...
