I have to say my last visit was the only time I've ever gotten less than great service. Honestly, I was absolutely shocked at the disrespect, complete disregard for customer service, rudeness, and flat out unacceptable treatment to my boyfriend and I. We spent nearly $40 on food just to get treated like garbage.
What went wrong: Our order had 1/4 of the onion rings and fries that were supposed to be in there and they were INCORRECT size still with next to nothing in them, sodas that were nothing more than tinted carbonated water, the worst drive thru attendant I've ever had the misfortune of ordering from at the window taking orders with a disgruntled inconvenienced attitude. I seriously have never once had anyone at this establishment behave anywhere near as badly as she behaved. In fact, she's the only one in the 2 years I've been going there to ever give anything less than excellent customer service. I was actually bragging about the service there on the way and boy did she ever leave him with exactly the opposite experience I'd been boasting about. My boyfriend is diabetic. His sugar was crashing and it was important that we needed to get the correct food we ordered. When he asked her to repeat the order she huffed n puffed through the mic and was clearly offended he'd even asked. The tone of her voice was very much full of irritation, aggravation, and dripping with a how dare you tone. It didn't stop there. She had said the correct size drinks when he asked her to repeat it. But she still She gave one of them the incorrect size, both of the sides were all the wrong size, and he only asked her to give the correct size drink so wet could just go. I can't say I've ever felt like I did something wrong by placing an order and checking to make sure it was correct until last night. This woman could not possibly have been any more inconvenienced to do the job she applied for without being a jerk to the customers. At no point was my boyfriend rude, at no point were we disrespectful... However that literally was all we received from her. I want to stress that this is a one off experience. I have never gotten poor customer service at this location. I have NEVER ONCE had my order messed up, much less the entire order. I did call and spoke with the GM, who apologized repeatedly and did what she could do in the situation. I don't hold her or anyone else at this location responsible for the horrific service and treatment we received from the person at the window. It only takes 1 bad experience to keep a person from ever returning to an establishment. When we pulled off after getting the wrong drink, food not made the way it was ordered, sides all the wrong size, and dealing with someone like that my boyfriend looked at me and asked me to never make him come back there again. After talking to the GM and her offer of sending out some coupons to cover what we spent, he's at least going to give them 1 more try when the vouchers/coupons arrive. I sincerely hope she's not there when we do go back cuz we will straight up turn around and go somewhere else before ever dealing...
Read morePoor customer service. I spent 40 minutes waiting for my "curdside" order, during which time another vehicle arrived and received their order along with others from the drive-through ( with bags of food, not just custard). Several had ordered AFTER I arrived.
Order confirmation said ready at 3:21. I arrived at 3:25 & "checked in" . I finally left at 4:06 and called to alert them as I was on my way home from work and had a dog to let out. No apologies, but they agreed to refunded me. Received a voicemail from a manager stating that they had refunded and to call if I wanted to discuss further.
NO APOLOGY
The refund email from the store stated "Unsatisfied customer: Guest waited longer than anticipated due to high volume". I understand being busy and running behind. I do NOT understand waiting longer than others for a single order. Just how long should one assume the wait will be when ordering ahead?? Maybe have one of the kids handing out food, in pairs, alert customers that there's a longer than usual wait?

Read moreWent to this location on my lunch break today. After ordering in the drive through I was given a number and told to go park in the corner to wait for my food. I waited outside for 26 minutes before I decided to go inside. After walking in I could hear the employees asking who was in the truck in the corner spot. I was in line but yelled from the back I was the one parked there and just wanted a refund. Richard came over to help me. He was extremely polite and apologized for the issue. I explained to him Its ok it's not your fault I just have to get back to work and did not have time to wait any longer. He said let me get you a coupon for a free value basket. I waited at the counter and while he was filling out the voucher another employee scolded him and said hurry up, what are you doing, we don't have time for that. Extremely poor customer service. Richard tried his best to help me but it seemed as if every other employee wanted to point fingers at everyone else to figure out who messed up instead of just taking care of the customer.
