I sat their for 10 minutes this morning while they had 3 barristers behind the bar and one gentleman sitting and drinking his coffee and only one other person had come in to order and was very obviously a regular as they talked very nonchalant to two of the girls. This is the second time my order has mysteriously never went through their computer accidents happen glitches happen I get it. What I dont like is the fact that I sat there very obvious confused why my order wasn’t made as it was only a drink and my app said 3-6 minutes to be made and it had been well over that. Places do get busy but this place was not its 5:30 in the morning and I see 3 people very nonchalantly talking and moving around. But to not have any other orders and me sitting there clearly confused because I did go up to double check the 2 drinks that were already put up to make sure I did not just miss it. But they all just choose to sit their and not have the smallest bit of costumer service when I went to them asking about it I didn’t even get the slightest bit of care just a half annoyed women who clearly was as annoyed by my presence who showed no care or interest that I had been sitting their for several minutes. Again if the place was busy I would have more compassion but their is no reason why one of those lady’s couldn’t have said “we don’t have any orders right now and we see you have been sitting here waiting did you order...
Read moreI work in food service and understand that we are all understaffed however, this experience was ridiculous. The staff working 8/30 at 8:00am. Let’s start with my daughter wanted to go because it was my birthday. When we arrived we stood without being greeted, acknowledged, for more than five minutes. Mind you most people stopping for coffee at 8 o’clock in the morning probably have a timeline to meet. There were four people working EVERY person was working on online orders there was nobody taking care of people at the register. I finally asked somebody to please take care of us. The woman came to the register and mumbled. We ordered cake pops. She told me that they were out, then told me the only cake pops they have available were the cake pops that their sign said were not available. After my 10-year-old ordered two cake pops the woman abruptly walked away without saying a word. She was incredibly rude. She didn’t bother to listen or put the correct drinks in for us. Read moreI was getting breakfast before the Veteran's Day Parade, and I had completed my order via mobile app. Once I walked into the Beaver location, I noticed it was decently busy as all the workers were busy making orders. The one worker, who kept bringing orders around, was so friendly! I believe I read that her name was Mia. I had read my order would take around 6 minutes and I think I waited off to the side for like 4 of those minutes and she specifically asked if I had a mobile order and asked for my name. I told her, and she said it would be right up! I think moments later, she handed it to me. She clearly enjoyed her job that morning and made sure everyone felt welcomed and seen. As the morning went on, I came back in with friends and she was still keeping up with the organization of orders in the front and talking to the customers.
