Ok. So... I used to live in Beaver County, and occasionally drive back through. We wanted a drive that was at least an hour and to find ice cream. This came up, was just over an hour if we didnt take the highway. We. Were. NOT. Disappointed. It was small, as many shops in strips like this are. But oh, so pleasant. The atmosphere made me so happy to order ice cream (Im not a kid, and ice cream is not my favorite treat). I had to try this Witch's brew, a coffeeish chocolately concoction.... And now...i drive an hour to get it when I can. We have been back a few times. And, I just learned they serve soups from I think October thru April...I haven't tried any yet, but absolutely intend to. Enough of my excitement, though. They offer various serving sizes and cones-cake, sugar, waffle and fancy (a dipped cone with sprinkles or nonpareils) as well as pints and quarts. Prices are fair and affordable. Many flavors available; more than I expected. You may taste flavors. The walls are covered in pictures that makes it feel small town and relatable. The color scheme fits the name and is fun without being overdone. Service has been exceptional each and every time. We look forward to making plans to go back, in what is becoming something of a once-a-month venture for us. I have to go back soon, though, because someone in my house stole my pint of Witch's Brew I brought home for me, and well, it isn't something I'm going to find remotely matched on a store shelf. Did I mention I just...
Read moreThey have amazing ice cream. Our favorites are "Holy Cannoli", the coconut one with chocolate chips and almond slivers, and the salted caramel one. The people working there are so nice too. I have to share a very special experience. We had just had to put down our very old and sick dog. We had been crying all day and did not want to eat dinner, nor did we want to stay in our now empty home. So, we decided to go get ice cream. Andrew (who works there) asked us how we were doing. We explained what was happening and shared photos of our beloved doggie. We then got our ice cream and sat outside. After about 5 minutes, Andrew walks out and tells us how bad he feels for us and that pets are such a special part of our lives. He then pulls out a small doggie ice cream bowl with a doggie bone as a way to pay hommage to her. I was unbelievably touched by this gesture. We all were. With tears flowing again, I thanked him for his kindness. He absolutely went above and beyond his job description. I will always...
Read moreI am not one to leave reviews, but the customer service my family and I received here was truly terrible! The two teenage girls working acted annoyed that we were there and wanted ice cream. We had questions about the different flavors and got no explanation. The girls working were rude and acted like they were doing us a huge favor by getting our ice cream. We all left feeling uneasy and annoyed. A few weeks later, my family friend was in town, and she also stopped there for ice cream. I asked her about her experience, and it sounded exactly like mine. Was the ice cream good? Yes! But why go somewhere where you're treated like that and have to pay for it? I'd GLADLY support any business that offers great customer service. Your customers are what keep you in business. Witch Flavor, I want nothing more than to see your business succeed, but you do have a customer service problem that could use...
