I wish I could leave a 0. I visited this location and was told total, paid with credit card, and when I received my receipt it showed I was over charged and said I was due change. The issue is I never received my change. I called the store and they told me it would be put back on my card. I called the district number to confirm this was the correct process. The answering service said they would open a ticket and I should receive a call back to address my issue. After a week I still had not received the refund for the over charged amount and had not received a call back. I proceeded to call in 5 more times, each time being told they couldn't transfer me to anyone but they would "escalate" my concern and I would be receiving a call shortly. I never did receive a call or the refund for the over charged amount. It appears this location either has an employee overcharging credit cards and pocketing the change due to customer with people at the corporate level not caring that their customers are being robbed or Sonic in general has a policy to over charge customers and ignore complaints. Either way this seems to be bad business practice that probably crosses legal lines in one way or another.

Just tonight I get to where I’m going and realize my BLT has no bacon so now I don’t even want to eat it. I’m more upset that I’ve been craving sonic all week and it’s a little drive from my house. I can say the workers are very kind, but it’d be nice if someone could get my order correct for once.

Downgrading this to a one star, along with below, I also found a gnat in my cherry limeade. Several times I'll have come here and stalls are closed. If the stalls are closed, put a sign saying closed up so people don't waste their time, especially being blocked in by the long drive thru line.

I decided to take my wife out tonight. Tried to use the app, but it wouldn't let me log in, it never sent the link for the password update, and wouldn't recognize me in any way I could try (Facebook, email, google, phone). Finally, my wife created a new account to order because hers didn't work, either.

I was about to push the "Press to Order" button when I heard a nearby speaker tell a customer "You need to pull into the drive-thru because we're not bringing food to the cars."

At that moment, my wife got her order entered.

Ten plus minutes later our food was delivered. Everything was as expected.

However, this store is too stingy with napkins for people who drive in to eat in their cars while their food is still hot. We got three napkins in our order. One of those napkins was soaked when I wiped up the portion of the drink that was on top of the lid when it was delivered to the car. That left two napkins for a person with a messy wrap and some corn dogs. If one of us would have had fries, that would have been a worse experience.

Please provide a few more napkins for in-car eaters!

I like the happy hour and late night malt sales. It's a regular stop (excuse) for me to take my daughter on a motorcycle ride.

My complaint...I like to sit outside on the patio, but smokers on the patio and the cars patioside let their smoke blow toward me.

So I don’t understand why the girl names LILLY, every single time I go to or order from this location, it is the worst experience ever. She is rude and nasty every time. I went a week ago to try to get dinner, first of all, I pulled up to 2 different broken ordering screens and then finally pulled up to one that works, I sat there deciding for a few minutes and then pressed the button to order. The lady says “sorry we can’t take orders through the screens right now can you go through the drive thru” and before I could even open my mouth she says “Actually are systems are down we aren’t taking any orders besides mobile orders” and I was like oh perfect can I place a mobile order and she said “no, only if you already did” at 8:30 pm on a week night. So, of course I left the Sonic empty handed which wasn’t a big deal. What was a big deal was the fact that today I door dashed from this location and I get a call from my doordasher CRYING. The employees, specifically LILLY, at this Sonic screamed and yelled at my doordasher in drive thru because they didn’t have a stupid strawberry float. I didn’t care about the strawberry float, my doordasher shouldn’t have been screamed at by Lilly. Your employees are the rude, dirty, and should be fired. They close and open the store when they want, scream at customers and doordashers, and turn off the ice cream machine. Terrible location. LILLY should be fired. Screaming at...

Totally horrible. Waited in the drive thru for 15 mins mostly because of the person in front of me had two little bags and 2 small drinks for her kids in the backseat. Meanwhile, food hop is bringing food to every car behind me. By the time the car in front of me gets her order, there is one car pulling up to order. Everyone behind me got their food and we're gone. I pulled up to the window to pay and get my order, I only ordered a burger and a blast (shouldn't have been a complicated order). My blast was a mess, ice cream all over the outside of the cup and some had begun to melt, because I assume it's been made and sitting in the window for 15 minutes while I waited to pull up. Finally make it home and the burger was inedible. The patty was dried up, the bun seem to have been microwaved (so I'm thinking the sandwich was just reheated), no lettuce, tomato, just pickles, mustard, and cheese was on the burger. I never specified I want a special burger with limited toppings. The whole experience has just horrible, the waiting while people behind me got their food to the quality of the food that I got, just horrible.
