So I came into the chipotle for a quick dinner I didn’t expect high quality or even decent service I am really upset by the service I got today. I got a Bowl with a Tortilla in it they put it in wrong (Maybe a new corporate policy that was put in after I left but it wasn’t that way when I worked there just a few years ago) they gave me a tiny proportion of rice I asked for Barbacoa they gave maybe a 3/4 of the proportion and I had to ask for more rice to get a decent amount of Rice (still not a normal proportion) the person who did my order had gave me a dirty look after that and then I asked for just sour cream and cheese. I didn’t have a complicated order and was treated like I gave the hardest order in the western world. My partner was with me and here is what they had to say “Pretty much none of my stuff was a full proportion. I am actively trying to gain weight bc i look like a twig and needed enough energy to get me through the rest of my shift, i wont have energy if i dont eat enough. Server got annoyed that i asked for more veggies when i got like 1/4 of what i should have and seemed as if he was pushing me to get meat when i didn't want meat. Also I am still Hungry” and though they were corrected a different employee kept calling my partner she when softly corrected my partner goes by he/they continued to do so. I try not to be harsh with my reviews but I don’t plan on coming to this chipotle any time soon I will take a detour and go to the one on North Fairfield if I...
Read moreI recently visited this store and was incredibly disappointed by the apparent poor management and overall disorganization. The food line was an absolute mess, with no sense of efficiency or teamwork among the staff.
The cashier, instead of assisting with the food preparation, stood idle between transactions, simply twiddling their thumbs and staring at the long line of waiting customers. This lack of initiative was frustrating to witness, especially with only one person making the food. That lone employee was constantly touching their face and hat with their gloves and never changed them, which is a serious health concern. Moreover, they were moving at a glacial pace, making the wait even longer.
None of the employees seemed motivated or willing to improve the situation. There was no communication between the food line and the kitchen staff, leading to frequent delays. The employee preparing the bowls would repeatedly walk away to fetch items, completely unaware that multiple ingredients were running low at the same time, further slowing down the process.
It was clear that the store lacked effective management to oversee operations and direct the staff. The absence of leadership was evident in the chaotic workflow and the staff's lack of urgency. Overall, this was a very disappointing visit, and I hope the management takes steps to address these...
Read moreHey google, you gotta start giving people a zero star option man, these people here definitely deserve it. They cry, cry and cry as if they are paying out of their pocket to cook that ingredients for our bowl, I asked can i please have extra rice, he said sure and throw in maybe i could even count the number of rice kind of rice. If i should give a figure maybe 20rice grains max. I got frustrated seeing how much he put in after i asked for extra, shamelessly I continued to ask for 6more times, trust me any chipotle i go other than this does 2 things at ease. Provide me a decent amount of rice so i don’t ask extra (99.9999% cases) Ofcourse, sometimes they do not give a decent portion, sometimes it happens, which they make me satisfied if i asked just extra rice.
However, this location I asked rice for 6 times, yet not satisfied, I’m not explaining how greedy these management is, that one girl with glasses, focus more on food rather than your makeup. Idk an year ago they were not so greedy, and i used to have difficulty eating one bowl, but the people there are now, don’t even care think about dining here, do yourself a favour, drive 3 more miles and get to...
