Costco Food Court — Restaurant in Beaverton

Went with sister to get family size pizza. Due to it being a Friday night, it was super busy and there was a 40+ minute wait. Waited; got pizza. Dough was flat and it looked undercooked. Sister walked back to kiosk to express dissatisfaction with condition of pizza. Sister was asked what she wanted done; she replied that she wanted a sufficiently cooked pizza to take home to family. Manager was called. Didn't bother to look at pizza; offered to give refund and to run pizza through oven again. Amended that by offering a new pizza when I joined sister at counter. Bottom line - the manager followed protocol but with obvious annoyance and her lack of interest in even looking at the pizza being returned was both disturbing and disappointing.
