Went for a birthday dinner and ordered about $70 worth of food between two people. I sent back my salted lassi because it came with chopped green chillis (in the tadka I assume) which made it extremely hot (spicy). This was not indicated anywhere on the menu - nor did the server mention it when ordering. Typically a salt lassi is never spicy - this one was hot enough to burn my throat. Completely not the norm. The server refused to take it away from the table when I told him so - and brought me the alternate chai I ordered. When paying I realized he had added the lassi to my tab. I asked him why he had not taken it off, to which he answered “because I have tried it before and it is not spicy.” I told him I found it spicy and when a customer does not like nor consumes an item because it is inedible, it is customary to take it off the check. The server ultimately did take it off the tab but after countering arguments three times. I tipped him 18% anyway even though he didn’t stop by the table one time to check on the food taste or if we needed anything else. My other issue is the food taste and quality here, which is honestly a 4/10 at best. The taste was inconsistent and so was the spicing (almost like different cooks made the various items we ordered). Will certainly skip this one...
Read moreI took my girlfriend here for Valentine’s Day. Everything was incredible. We both eat alkaline so we have limited options for restaurants we can eat at. We were pleasantly surprised at how many alkaline options there were here and all for a decent price. All the sauces were incredible. The chickpea dumpling was delicious as well as the deep fried cauliflower pakora, the eggplant curry was just the right amount of spicy and delicious which came with delicious white rice and naan bread. I went with the mango juice for a drink which always delightful and seems to be a common item for both Indian and Ethiopian cuisine, both of which I love. The food was incredible and on top of that the service was fantastic. The server was very friendly, warm, and attentive. Because of our diets, we don’t have a huge number of restaurants that we regular but we will definitely be coming back here for both the great experience and in joys of...
Read moreAbsolutely amazing experience at Ganesh Indian Cuisine!
The food here is incredibly flavorful and authentic—every bite felt like a celebration of Indian culinary tradition. The dosas were perfectly crisp, the chutneys and sambar were rich and satisfying, and the variety of dishes was just outstanding. From tandoori starters to creamy curries and refreshing sides, everything tasted freshly prepared and full of love.
We also tried several desserts like gulab jamun, semiya payasam, and fruit custard—all absolutely delightful. The presentation was neat, the portions generous, and the ambiance warm and welcoming.
Special shoutout to the staff for their friendly service and the wonderful dining environment. Whether you’re craving South Indian breakfast, North Indian curries, or classic sweets—this place nails it all.
Highly recommended for anyone who loves tasty, soulful Indian food. Will definitely be...
