I walked in to this store on Apr 22(today), around 12pm. The girl (I should have asked what her name was or checked if they had name tags but I didn't) asked me if I knew what I was gonna order, I told her to give me a second. I was standing by, and then two other girls(white) walked in. Immediately, the other girl offered samples, which was not offered to me, and then the girl who was at the counter gave them menu plate (also not offered to me). I'm an asian woman, and this situation seemed not fair. Every customer should be treated the same but this was not the case. When it was my turn, I asked if the sample was not for everyone. The girl seemed not to understand what I was saying, or she was pretending not to know what I meant. I repeated that question, also said that she offered even the menu plate to the other customers who came later than me, then she said "Oh do you want sample? " ......... I said, I did not want to have samples but wanted to be offered. She didn't apologized but just mumbled things and then pretended as if nothing happened. Oh well. I still ordered a smoothie, but I won't come back to this...
   Read moreWorst service I have ever received. The girls working on April 15th around noon were the rudest employees I have ever encountered at a restaurant. They made my brother pay for a new drink after he took a sip and realized it was too sweet for him. After buying a new drink they took his old drink and I had to ask for it back which they gave back grudgingly. It seemed as if they were taking their bad day out on us and were civil with other customers. My brother knocked over his drink and they made him clean it up with about a hundred napkins. They refused to help him clean it up with a mop even though there were only 2 customers. I finally told them they were being very rude to us and one girl finally said she would mop it up in a sarcastic voice. My brother and sister are African American and what they displayed was definitely racism. I have spent thousands of dollars at Jamba Juicr because I used to work at a mall and it was my favorite thing to have for a snack.    Read moreGot a smoothie and bowl after the gym near Jamba, the smoothie was great but the bowl's plastic was slightly cracked and nearly unnoticeable till it spilled all over my car on the way home and when I went to pick it up. As well the rewards function didn't work and charged me the incorrect price. The person I talked to when I picked up my order (via app) was very kind and when I mentioned I had a substitution another employee was quick to recognize that my order was nearly identical to another persons and grabbed me the correct one. Very good and kind service. Used the customer service form online and was promptly responded to by the GM and offered a replacement bowl and apologized for what happened as well as quickly made sure I was refunded the difference for what I should've paid. Super quick and easy fix and I appreciate a store that fixes any issues promptly and courteously. Makes me consider being a Jamba...
