I have frequented this sushi establishment multiple times, primarily through delivery services, but have also dined in on several occasions. Unfortunately, my recent experiences at this restaurant have compelled me to write this review.

During our latest visit, we encountered behavior from the manager that was both disappointing and concerning. We observed what appeared to be preferential treatment of certain guests over others, which already set an uncomfortable tone. However, the most unsettling moment occurred when we were placing a to-go order. After observing the manager take a phone order without immediate payment, we were surprised and offended when she insisted that we pay upfront for our order in a demanding tone. This was not an isolated incident but a pattern we've noticed, where the treatment seems to differ based on the customer's appearance.

It's disheartening to report that it feels as if this establishment does not treat every customer with the respect and equality they deserve. This has been a consistent issue over three separate visits, leading me to believe that it is not a misunderstanding but a systemic problem within the restaurant.

I believe it's important for potential patrons to be aware of these issues before deciding to dine here. Dining out should be an enjoyable experience for everyone, regardless of their background or appearance. It's crucial for establishments to practice equality and respect for...

This is my second time going here ever and both times the staff have been absolutely wonderful! I was actually going to a different sushi place tonight that was supposed to close at 9:30pm I got there at 8:45 and the guy told me they closed awhile ago. I drive around and remember that nice other sushi place I had recently tried, so I call to place an order. By this time it's already 8:58pm the nice lady answers and I ask when they close. She let me know 9pm however if I didn't have a huge order she would accept it. I felt bad and was like "oh no" but she insisted. Talk about customer service!!!! I got there and my food was ready at 9:15pm they were cleaning shop and had masks on. I noticed the previous time I was there it was also very sanitary, and they had proper covid-19 safety measures in place. Once again my food is AMAZING, customer service is 5 Stars, and being pregnant she even helped me pick out cooked sushi because I didn't have the menu. Thank you guys for saving my night, fulfilling my major pregnancy craving, and being an outstanding buisness in these times of need. I really appreciate not being turned away 2 minutes before closing, and my family will definitely be back again and again....

As a long-time regular customer who frequents their locations on a regular basis for over 10 years, I'm disappointed that they stopped the birthday roll tradition. Every year I wound get that and then buy the rest of the meal. Now I skipped out on the whole meal because frankly I was looking forward to it on my birthday and I was said that they don't do it anymore. Sushi town is quickly losing character and eating there doesn't feel the same as it did just a year ago. I know the management hasn't changed, so I'm really sad to see it go this way. I'm going there less now because I they're just not the same. I wouldn't kind the cost increases, I get that material costs have gotten higher, but sacrificing service is just bad business, and doesn't provide a unique experience differentiating it from other sushi track places. The usual end game of cutting service and corners until they make zero money and close. I wouldn't post this unless I really cared and I really hope they turn...

Sushi was good. The person who sits you was pretty snippy and rude. Pricing is kinda high in comparison to other sushi trains. However I did enjoy the extra selections like teriyaki chicken skewers which were delish and could imagine the udon and ramen options would please someone who wasn't in a big sushi mood. A coworker and I met here for a quick small lunch and we decided to split a piece of cake which was completely frozen. :/

Good sushi and quick easy lunch or dinner. Very family friendly. The sushi goes by on a track of floating boats. The staff is very nice about making anything we request quickly. Update: it’s been rebranded as Sushi Town, the boats are gone, but it still has the track, which holds more sushi and moves quicker. Still excellent. Went for my birthday and was treated to an unexpected birthday special dish. It was excellent.

This was my first here. I've been to many sushi spots in Oregon. I should have given this wonderful, friendly and delicious place alot sooner. The staff is amazing! Very kind and attentive. The conveyor belt is full of fresh delicious sushi, sashimi, dessert and fruit. Everything was fresh and delicious. We will be back. Thank you for a wonderful dinner. *pictured is the Tuna Takiyama*
