02/07/2024 (Wed) We had the Roasted Pork Belly Vermicelli. The pork skin was crispy and fragrant, making it very delicious.🤤 We look forward to trying other dishes on our next visit.😊✨ 09/03/2025 (Wed) At first, I thought it was my first time visiting this place, but then I realized I had eaten at their food truck about a year and a half ago. It’s wonderful to see that they’ve opened a restaurant now — congratulations!🎉 We visited this newly opened Vietnamese restaurant today, and I was really impressed. The interior is clean, sleek, and stylish, with jazz music playing in the background, which created a wonderful atmosphere. The staff were warm and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. We ordered the Beef Combo ($20), the Grilled Pork Noodle (Vermicelli Bowl), and the Shrimp Salad Roll. All the dishes were generous in portion and very tasty, but the grilled pork, in particular, was outstanding — perfectly marinated and full of flavor. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious Vietnamese food in a...
Read moreFood is tasty, little pricey. Definitely still a new spot, with then working out kinks in delivery. My girlfriend's Shaken Beef (perfect amount of char flavor) cave out twelve minutes before my very thin pork chops with egg in top of fried rice did (excellent egg, and the sauce for the dish is delicious.) I'm not quite sure how that happened unless they dropped my plate while putting it in the window. They do mark dishes that take a while to prepare, which neither one was. Spring rolls here are fried, not rice paper wrapped. The house drinks are great. Definitely making some hibiscus ginger tea of my own. The strawberry iced tea was also very pleasant and not cloyingly sweet.
Atmosphere is alright, there are some patterns that don't play well with each other and three different temperatures of lighting conflicting with each other as well. Tables are tightly packed together, so be prepared to have anyone next to you overhear your conversation.
Will be back to try the Pho...
Read moreVery authentic vietnamese food - on par with Garden Grove little Saigon. Good portion and reasonable price. They're running a soft opening promo this week. Place isn't big, about 8 booths but very comfortable seats and great lighting for taking pictures. The salad rolls are gigantic, i think wrist size 🤣 The Grilled meat has great flavor, very well seasoned. The water fall chicken with fried rice was good, not dry, but the sauce was a little too sweet. Shaking beef was very tender and again, well seasoned (i think they use beef tenderloin, which market price's expensive, but the plate is only $20, very good value). I love that they give a lot of salad for each plate. There's not a sign or name in the front of the restaurant so it was a bit hard to find, we walked pass it twice before seeing it. They're newly opened so google map photo isn't updated, it's right next to Pyzano. Service was very friendly...
