Imho, the mecca of bagels is NYC… I lived there for 15 years and got to enjoy fresh, warm bagels on the regular. Since leaving the city, I haven’t found bagels that even come close… until today!

I walked into My Favorite Muffin and immediately fell in love with the display of bagels… reminded me of a spot on 35th and Broadway. Everything looks fresh and delicious, but the egg bagel caught my eye - they’re a rare find!

The lady behind the counter was so nice and patient while we placed our order. Everything on the menu is reasonably priced and they’re quick to prepare. There’s plenty of seating inside and everything looks spotlessly clean.

But back to the bagel… wow! Seriously, the best bagel I’ve had since leaving NYC!! The egg bagel was so good that I got back in line and ordered more bagels to go.

We also had a pumpkin muffin that was absolutely delicious and a cheddar bagel, egg, bacon and cheese which was very yummy as well!

I’m beyond excited to have found this spot and can’t wait to return! Just throwing this out there… you all should sell bagels and muffins at the Beaverton Farmer’s Market on Saturdays! People need to know about...

It was my first time visiting this place. I always passed by and this morning I finally stopped by to try the bagel. I first ordered 1 premium bagel with cream cheese on the side. And while I was waiting I saw the sign, there is mini deal which you can choose 6 bagels and 1/2lb tub cream cheese for $14. So I asked the server if I can change to that by adding 5more bagels. The server said it’s too late to change because she already packed small side cream cheese. So I said, I’ll just pay for what she already packed as extra.

I thought.. small tub of cream cheese…it’ll only cost $1.25-$2 tops! I ended up paying $3 for the small pack of cream cheese!! Wow!! (Posted picture of the size of cream cheese I got)

I ended up paying $20 for ($14(mini deal)+$3(2premium bagels charge)+$3(tiny pack of cream cheese)=$20)

Anyway… no matter how good the bagels are… it was not a good first experience visiting the place. Feels like I got...

Omigosh! A little slice of Paradise tucked away in a corner! It's hard to find, hidden behind the Fred Meyer's at Walker & 158th. I almost missed it, but so glad my curiosity got the better of me! Muffin, Bagels and Coffee, O My! No fancy espresso drinks, just a good cup o' Joe to go with the indescribably wonderful muffins and fresh chewy bagels. So many unique flavors, along with the good old standbys. Reasonably priced breakfast and lunch sandwiches, soups and salads, including combos. Vegetarian options, and they make it all Fresh, so custom orders are A-OK. Very wheelchair friendly and accessible. There's a slight narrow bit getting into restroom but then very accessible to wheelchairs and strollers! My Favorite Muffin = My New Favorite Go-To Study n...

Best Bagles & Muffins I've had in FOREVER. Their bagles are softer and not chewie. So tasty toasted or not. The double chocolate mini muffins should be called mini chocolate death. They are so rich and super tasty!! Love them! The staff are super friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed and though some may call the interior dated I call it comfortable classic. So relaxing and not cookie cutter. Highly recommended !!! I wish they stayed open later I would definitely eat bagel sandwiches and muffins for dinner!
