DO NOT GO HERE I didn’t have the energy to write a review for such a terrible place, here is the repost from my partner of our experience here tonight on 5/6
“Gave this place a chance tonight, by far one of the worst restaurant experiences in memory. The guac was borderline rotten, store-bought or made the day before. We received the wrong order and then had to explain to the waiter that he didn’t need to “double check” because I had the menu right in front of me. We let our server know that the order was wrong and what would make it better. A few minutes later he brings us an item (which didn’t seem at all to resemble what we had asked for) and sets the plate down on the other side of the table from where we sat. I asked him for the check and he walks away without a word. I reached for and immediately burned myself on this plate which we were not warned was scalding hot. After this I put cash on the table sufficient to cover the asinine experience we just had only to have the waiter chase us down in the parking lot because he didn’t see the money on the table. Such an embarrassing display. Lesson learned ¯(ツ)/¯”
I too felt the plate and our fingers are still stinging hours later it was just the last straw honestly the meal should have been free but the fact he literally chased us down and literally screamed at us is just way too much. The fact that there wasn’t a single apology throughout any of our experience even though we were very polite up until the end is just ridiculous. Horrible horrible horrible if you care for your loved ones do not come here.
Forgot to put in this update but I still think about this all the time. We got horrible food poisoning the next day as well, so bad we had to go to the ER for fluids and to check on my unborn baby. Worst food sickness I have experienced, I'm so lucky I didn't...
Read moreWe had a terrible expierence here. We went in here with a toddler and four adults and asked for a booth in order to keep the toddler contained and they kept insisting that we switch to another table that we wouldn’t have enough room, it got to the point where they were pushy and rude. When it came to ordering the waiter didn’t know any of the prices when we asked and was somewhat hesitant to give them to us in the first place. When we got out drinks my other half waited a whole ten minutes for his drink until I had finally asked but “reminded” them about it. We all ordered food and they made almost every one of our meals wrong, the waiter was rude and has terrible customer service. When it came to check out we asked if we could get some money off our meal due to terrible service and our food being made wrong, instead he got defensive and visibly upset about us asking for a little money off of it to the point where we just paid the money because we were tired of the verbal attack and told them we’d never be coming back. This place doesn’t even...
Read moreFor the beaverton area, the service and atmosphere are consistently first-rate, and always have been - generous parking, generous seating, and background music nicely muted. Lots of windows letting in natural light (unlike so many others that are like dungeons). Margaritas are delicious and potent -- at least the Cadillacs! Food could be better, but only for two of my personal must-do-rights: salsa/chips, and bean dip. Those are only average, and again consistently so. Salsa looks like it should taste zestier than it does. I even see bits of cilantro in it, but given I can never taste it I am suspecting it is really parsley. Bean dip is pretty much pureed, bland, and not hot, which to me are three strikes. I've tasted waaaay better bean dip (Pepita's comes to mind!), so I know how tasty it can be. I mention these specifics because I would really like these to be better. Otherwise dishes are always delicious, well-prepared and presented,...
