Me and my family member be royalty fan of this restaurant but there is some service that make me feel so upset . Late Saturday on feb 4 '23 .We 3 people stop for got some food .We ordered soup with duck...very good , rice vermiceeli with grilled chicken and last one was the big round yellow flour stuffed with shrimps and chicken that I don't remember the name . Soup, duck, and noodle sitll good except the yellow cake it's undercooked ! outside and trim it's already crispy but at the middle and inside it's still need more time to prep for cooked.I asked server to cooked again but he refuse and confirm that 's the right receipie .I told him you can taste I 'll pay for this plate because I need to fix not to replace or refund. Server still told me not to do anything so we push that plate on side ,took picture and ate the 2 menu we ordered . Finally we took that's big yellow undercooked food to home and fix it. My feeling is very disappoint for service just 1 star . To warning future customer do not order that menu if you don't want to get sick . Read moreThe sweet cleaning granny never wash her hands. After she clean the table, grabbing the used plate, used napkin, wiping the dirty table with her bare hands, she went straight to handle the raw bean sprout. This is severe cross contamination. The granny probably doesn’t know anything about infection control. She needs a proper training. The bean sprout was wet. Very suspicious. Do they give people the leftover bean sprout from the previous table ? I had a severe diarrhea After I ate the food. I wish I can report to the health department so some one can come in and train the granny lady. She is a nice lady but she doesn’t know anything about food handling. This is like the street food style in Vietnamese where the tour guide would warn you not to eat due to their strong stomach bacteria. They won’t get sick but tourist will. Now I realize why tour guide tried to restrain us from eating street food. I pretty much ate the bacteria that was transferred by the granny’s hand from the whole day worth of customers saliva. Please...
Read morePho was ok, but I haven't felt more unwelcomed in a business ever. I came in at 9:10 PM on a Saturday evening; they close at 9:30. I had the boiling hot bowl of pho that they reluctantly allowed me to in front of me for less than five minutes, and it was very obvious that at 9:25 I wasn't welcome to finish my soup without slogging down very hot soup. I put ice in my soup, and ate as much as I could before 9:30, because it was painfully obvious that I wasn't going to be welcome a second past the closing hour. I live within easy walking distance, and I love even mediocre pho, but I won't bother them again with my presence. They shouldn't be in the restaurant business. The foods a 3, but the service and professionalism...
