We, unfortunately, had a truly awful experience last night. A friend and I arrived and weren't even greeted nicely by the server. We ordered our wine, which was delicious. I was excited about the ricotta gnocchi. It was so poorly cooked. It was felt fried on the outside. Each piece was a rectangle and the inside was bread like and dense. Not even close to what ricotta should be. I sent it back and got a burger, which was fine. We had another friend show up and order a burger as well. Hers came out raw, like seared on the outside and just plain raw on the inside. She had to send hers back too. At 8:45 they are dramatically cleaning up, so I ask what time they close and she very rudely said 9:00. I mentioned google maps says until 10:00 and she complained about it being new owners and google maps fault. The other server asked my friend if she was done with her napkin while she was actively wiping her hands off with it and just stood their waiting for it. It was super juicy and absolutely delicious! JT was extremely pleasant and attentive. This is a very small and intimate spot. Great for a first date!
